The Research On Performance Evaluation Of K Enterprise Based On Amoeba Management Model

Under the background of economic globalization,the industrial powers such as the United States,Germany,and Japan have successively proposed strategic layouts such as "re-industrialization strategy"and "industrial 4.0 strategy",and competition in China's manufacturing industry has intensified.Under such a severe situation,entrepreneurs and managers must conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment,business conditions,and financial status of the company,truly reflect the business performance of the company,and gradually establish its core competitiveness.Improving management performance through management means is an effective method.This paper uses a combination of literature research and actual case studies.By studying the relevant theories of the amoeba business model and performance evaluation,the theoretical framework of performance evaluation under the amoeba business model is proposed.K companies were used as research objects to investigate two different performance evaluation methods before and after the implementation of the amoeba business model.Comparing the implementation results,it is concluded that the amoeba business model can improve the performance evaluation of enterprises.The specific performance is to improve employees' business sense,improve enterprise cost management,enhance business efficiency and create a good corporate environment.However,it is necessary to pay attention to conflicts of interest and division of labor and improvement,to avoid the situation of internal divisions and individual wars.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Using the theoretical knowledge of amoeba management,performance evaluation and the characteristics of amoeba business model,this paper constructs a performance evaluation system with amoeba management characteristics,which has certain reference and application value.2.This paper takes K company as the research object,analyzes the different performance evaluation methods and effects before and after the introduction of the amoeba business model,analyzes the problems and causes after the introduction and proposes improvement measures.I hope to provide reference for other companies to build an amoeba business model.
