In recent years,domestic demand for natural gas has grown rapidly.There have been many national "gas shortages" in the winter from 2007 to 2018.Although the National Development and Reform Commission has introduced various measures and various natural gas companies have also formulated emergency plans.The overall gas supply is still tight.As an important natural gas import channel in China,Central Asia Gas Pipeline is connected with the Second West-East Gas Pipeline and is the main natural gas source in South China,North China and East China.Under the present situation of contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas in China,giving full play to the gas transmission capacity of Central Asian natural gas pipelines and making full use of the Gazli gas storage along the line is of great significance for domestic winter supply.In this paper,the geological characteristics,residual storage capacity,capacity of peripheral external pipeline and ground collection and transfer system of gas reservoir are studied in view of the reconstruction and expansion project of Gazli gas reservoir.First of all,this paper makes a detailed study of the geological characteristics,development history,operation history,inventory diagnosis,effective inventory and loss of gas field in Gazli reservoir.The feasibility of gas reservoir development and utilization is analyzed.It is pointed out that the reserves of the IX layer in the Gazli gas reservoir are huge,and the corresponding gas storage space is sufficient,which is highly feasible for the expansion of the gas storage.Combined with the gas storage and gas production capacity of the Gazli gas storage,the feasibility of increasing the working capacity of the gas storage warehouse is analyzed.Then,based on the gas transmission capacity of the gas network around the gas storage and the gas balance analysis in the Gazli area,it is obtained that there is a relatively large rich transportation capacity in the Central Asian pipeline system,and it can be used in conjunction with the Gazli gas storage reservoir to carry out domestic winter peak adjustment.At the same time,in order to ensure the normal operation of the gas supply work,the Gazli gas storage warehouse needs to expand the gas volume of the natural gas treatment.Subsequently,the ground gathering system and facilities were studied and discussed in detail.Through calculation and TGNET simulation software,it is checked that the gas storage under the existing facilities can be expanded to a certain extent to meet more peaking and gas supply.At the same time,because the gas does not meet the sulfur content standard of the natural gas exported from the Central Asia pipeline,the gas produced by the gas storage tank needs to add a desulfurization device in the ground system.After analyzing the temperament and reconstruction costs,the recommended natural gas purification plan is obtained.Finally,based on the basic basis of investment estimation,the analysis of project investment and liquidity estimation is completed.the project cost and expense were analyzed,and the project profitability,liquidity,survivability and uncertainty were analyzed.Finally,it is feasible to get the economic benefits of the project based on the analysis of total investment and internal rate of return of the project.
