With the continuous development of domestic economy and science and technology,China's printing industry has made a lot of achievements through the vigorous development of recent years,many key technologies have become mature,printing equipment as the core product of the printing industry to a certain extent,affecting the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have focused on resolving the problems of product technology and function of printing equipment,neglecting the industrial design of printing equipment to a great extent,resulting in many problems,such as uncertain elements of product design,lack of uniformity in shape,and large differences in serialized products.This not only makes it difficult to form brand image,but also causes consumers to produce enterprise products.The recognition degree of the system is reduced.In view of the shortcomings of the existing printing equipment design,this paper takes the PRINTER 920 corrugated paper printing press of a certain enterprise as an example,designs and studies the products by introducing the relevant methods and theories of product family design DNA,shape grammar and semantics difference method,and assists the designer to create a unified product family brand image while carrying out product research and development,so as to realize the continuation and innovation of the brand.Firstly,through a lot of analysis and Research on the basic theoretical knowledge of product family design DNA,semantics difference shape grammar and other related industrial design,we find out a suitable method for the design of corrugated paper printing press,and form a set of innovative design method for the design of corrugated paper printing press,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up design.Then enter the design research part,research and analysis the special problems of corrugated paper printing press,summarize the current situation of corrugated paper printing press,and make a forecast of the future development trend of corrugated paper printing press equipment,provide reference for designers in the future product design of corrugated paper printing press.Secondly,starting from the target enterprise,according to the design orientation,design and research in detail,select the most representative and mature homologous products for analysis,and construct the homologous product set of the target enterprise.Secondly,use Norman's three levels of product design: ontology layer,behavior layer and value layer to integrate into the process of product family design DNA extraction,and establish product family design DNA.In the hierarchical model of "vision-behavior-emotion",product family design features are divided into visual design genes,behavioral design genes and emotional design genes respectively;and the abstract genes of corrugated board production line are transformed into concrete and visible forms through morphological analysis and other industrial design methods,and the morphological genes are described as generally as possible with concise visual elements.The description and expression lay the foundation for the mutation effect of morphological genes in corrugated paper printing press.Thirdly,the shape grammar is applied to mutate the shape gene of corrugated paper press.Starting from the product shape gene analyzed in the previous chapter,the basic shape is input into the shape grammar deduction model,the spatial relationship and design constraints(such as size constraints)are determined,and the appropriate shape reasoning rules are input to evolve.The designers proceed with many results from the deduction.Preliminary screening and adjustment,and then detailed design of the program to determine the final design of corrugated paper production line.By means of semantic difference method and questionnaire survey method,differentiated family products are screened out,which proves the practicability and rationality of the design framework,and provides a new idea for the design of similar equipment products.Finally,the research results of the full text are summarized and summarized.At the same time,the shortcomings are summarized,and the prospects for future theoretical and applied research are put forward.
