Study On Quality Evaluation Of Tobacco Leaves In Yibin

Flue-cured tobacco is an important crop for tobacco cultivation in China.The planting area covers a large number of identities in the north and south of the Yangtze River.Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan have a large area of tobacco leaf cultivation.They are important production bases for flue-cured and middle-flavored tobacco leaves in China,and also the production of tobacco leaves in China.The main producing area.Because of the great differences in the natural conditions of the tobacco fields,the natural conditions affect the distribution of tobacco planting types,as well as the growth and cultivation techniques.These factors also affect the final product quality of tobacco leaves.Thus,the complexity of the geographical and climatic characteristics of the tobacco growing areas.The diversity of quality and the differences in tobacco leaf parts will inevitably lead to differences in the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves.This study took flue-cured tobacco from Yibin tobacco area as the research object,through the evaluation of the overall quality of the tobacco leaf's physical properties,appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality,and scientifically and accurately obtained the main character of the tobacco leaf.The division of tobacco leaf production area,the improvement of local tobacco leaf production quality,the improvement of tobacco leaf cultivation measures,and the improvement of the industrial availability of tobacco leaf have important reference basis.Through the comprehensive evaluation of tobacco leaf quality in Yibin,the following conclusions can be drawn:The average score of Yibin's tobacco quality was 68.72,the standard deviation was 0.038,the minimum value was 57.66,the maximum value was 82.67,and the coefficient of variation was 7.29%.Among the three indicators that characterize the quality of tobacco leaves,the chemical composition has the highest comprehensive score of 75.15;followed by the appearance quality average of 71.71;and finally the sensory quality,with an average of 63.66.In general,the chemical composition and appearance of Yibin tobacco leaves are of good quality and the sensory quality is moderate.The overall quality score of the middle leaf was the highest,with 70.23;followed by the lower leaf with 68.96;the upper leaf was the lowest with 65.20.The comprehensive quality evaluation scores of tobacco leaves in Qilian County and Pingshan County were high,with 69.38 and 69.36 respectively,followed by Xingwen County and Jing County,with comprehensive quality evaluation scores of 68.63 and 68.13,and Changning County had the lowest comprehensive score of 67.18.The annual comprehensive evaluation score of tobacco leaves was the highest,at 71.06;followed by 2012 and 2014,the comprehensive quality assessment scores were 70.77 and 70.67 respectively;in 2011 and 2010,the comprehensive quality scores were the lowest,which were 68.06 and 67.16,respectively.
