As the improvement of Internet technology,from local ERP to Saa S,then industry EDI,the FMCG industry has been pushed by the needs of the information flow efficiency enhancement.During the improvement & integration,new business chance has been created.More and more effect in business model will be seen by the technology improvement in information flow efficiency enhancement.Here I used western economics theory to decompose the information flow process,and use comparative analysis as main method,try to explain the transformation in the industry and the chance & tendency in the future.The information flow efficiency enhancement makes the participants can get more clients than before,hi-tech holder can eliminate low-tech ones to make the industry to be monopolistic,but the consumer can easily get the information of products result in fragmentation.The business model was affected by two sides.How to analyze and forecast the result from the effect will be necessary for the leader of the FMCG.
