With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization and industrialization process,industrial manufacturing and infrastructure construction have created huge demand for chemical products,further promoting the development of the chemical industry,and the demand for chemical raw materials as a basic industry has grown rapidly.Since the chemical industry is an indispensable and important part of the national economy,its sustainable development has great practical significance for social economy and social development.However,the cost of upstream raw materials,capital,and logistics in the chemical industry are increasing rapidly.How to realize the innovation of production and supply chain through the Internet in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency has become a problem that chemical e-commerce companies need to solve.In addition,SMEs account for a relatively high proportion of China’s market economy structure,and play an indispensable and important role in promoting economic development and social progress.However,in terms of development scale,system regulations,and management quality,they clearly lag behind large companies.At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises have their own information systems,but they cannot support mutual viewing of information for procurement.In view of this,this article intends to refer to the architecture model of Saa S services and develop a chemical supply and acquisition matching platform based on the Saa S model.Based on the above background,this article first analyzes the current research status of chemical matching platforms based on the Saa S model,including the concept of Saa S,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,genetic algorithm,etc.Then conducted detailed requirements analysis,scheme design,and implementation of key modules for the matching platform.Finally,the platform was tested and verified.The main contributions of this thesis are: 1)Design and implementation of a chemical matching platform based on the Saa S model,which mainly includes two: one is a software service leasing system;the other is a chemical supply and acquisition matching system;2)the design and implementation is based on a genetic algorithm The chemical supply and acquisition matching algorithm was improved,and related improvements were made;3)A credit evaluation model for small and medium-sized chemical enterprises based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was constructed.In the chemical matching business,the genetic algorithm-based matching algorithm in this paper is mainly applied.The algorithm must first perform credit evaluation on the SMEs in the platform,use the credit evaluation model in this article to calculate a comprehensive evaluation score,and then use this evaluation Participating in the matching algorithm,applying genetic algorithms to optimize the matching effect can greatly reduce the cost of buyers,improve the efficiency of matching,and companies with high credit evaluation scores can get more matching opportunities,which can promote suppliers to optimize service capabilities and improve User activity and engagement on the platform.
