| Being one of the countries with the most serious natural disasters and accidents,China has suffered from large numbers of disasters,which are widely distributed in geolocation and have high frequency of occurrences.Various safety accidents such as frequent natural disasters have already become an important factor affecting China’s economic development and social stability,causing tremendous human injury and property damage.Such social environment in which China is located has given birth to correspondingly urgent emergency demand.In this case,it is necessary to study how to improve the emergency process of optimizing existing emergencies to minimize such damage.Through the analysis of the causes and problems of emergency management,this paper recognizes the necessity and importance of emergency information management.By analyzing the actual situation under the emergency scene,it is clear that the emergency response stage is sudden.The sharing requirements for sending event related information.In order to better cooperate with the "up and down" emergency platform system,the emergency rescue work will be carried out more efficiently,and the advanced technology form that is in line with the application scenario and the "Internet +" development wave will be analyzed and selected.Therefore,the new application form of WeChat mini program is introduced.This paper designs and develops the prototype product of the "Disaster Information Sharing"(DIS)WeChat mini program from the problem of information sharing between the rescue front line and the decision-making one.Firstly,the related key technologies of product realization are discussed,and the advantages and characteristics of WeChat mini program compared with APP are clarified.Then,for the prototype product of “DIS”,the demand analysis is carried out from the aspects of process logic and system architecture.Then from the implementation of the mini program and its functions,the implementation of the back-end server and database,in-depth research and discussion have been taken;Finally,the specific implementation of the prototype system is described.Through the development of the prototype product of "DIS",the feasibility of the information-sharing requirement based on the WeChat mini program technology to realize the emergency rescue one under emergencies is verified.By simplifying the information reporting process,standardizing the reporting content,so as to improve the timeliness of information reporting and utilization.By reducing the reporting of redundancy ones through information sharing among front-line personnel,and improve the amount of information reported by information.Through fast,convenient and easy access.Such easy access method can meet the needs of information reporting and information sharing quite well without affecting other ongoing rescue tasks.It is a pity that due to time constraints,this article only carried out the development of prototype products,failed to improve the product form and finally put it into use,pending further work in the future. |
