Natural rubber is an important raw material for industrial and handicraft processing.Many of its processed products are widely used in people's production and life.Hainan is one of the main producing areas of rubber in China.With the continuous demand for regional economic growth,the rubber planting area has been expanding year by year,and the corresponding processing enterprises are increasing.However,there is a serious phenomenon in these enterprises:many primary processing lines have low mechanical automation,and many processes in the production line still rely on manual completion,such as the operation of the rubber filling process.Manual weighing is inaccurate,complicated,time consuming,laborious,and costly.In response to the above problems,this project relies on Hainan Province natural rubber drying and packaging production line automation equipment research and development project,according to the company's production status and process requirements,the project designed a PLC electrical control system for the rubber filling process.It is of great practical significance to realize the automation,high efficiency and safety of precision rubber processing.The main work of the article is:(1)According to the background status of Hainan natural rubber primary processing plant,the significance of factory automation upgrade is analyzed.Combined with the research status of rubber production line at home and abroad,the research content of this paper is carried out.(2)According to the feasibility analysis of the automatic device of the glue electronic control system,the electrical component distribution is set for the rubber electrical control system.After confirming the component layout,several related modules of the packaging line automation automation device are introduced.They are displacement sensor module,pressure sensor module,A/D acquisition and D/A output module,stepper motor module,stepper driver module,and finally summarize and summarize the relationship between electrical modules.(3)According to the technical requirements of the initial processing and filling process of the production line,the scheme of the electrical control system for the rubber is first determined.Secondly,the two parts of the process arc designed,which arc the main circuit design and control circuit design.The glue control system control circuit design includes design scheme,system flow chart,system I/O address assignment,external wiring diagram,analog input module,sequential function diagram(SFC)and ladder diagram.Finally,the design and summary of Mitsubishi PLC control system design are analyzed.(4)According to the human-computer interaction(HMI)requirements of the automatic control system of the glue electronic control system,the Mitsubishi touch screen design and the electronic control system simulation are applied to the glue filling system.First,the core design of human-computer interaction-touch screen design includes touch screen design background,design steps,interface design.As a key step of the touch screen interface,its design includes the design of the home page interface,the main interface and the manual interface.The second is the ladder and touch screen simulation design of the glue filling system.And summarize the Mitsubishi PLC touch screen and simulation design.(5)According to the actual industrial requirements of the automatic control system of the rubber-filled electronic control system,the installation,commissioning and trial operation of the glue production line control system were carried out.Improvements and improvements have been made to the problems identified.Finally,the test is summarized.
