In the research of EMTM,the main problems of the research include the construction of the network customization system and the rapid intelligent generation of the individual templates.In the "Internet plus" mode,a variety of research and development of electronic commerce technology has become more and more mature,so the network customization system construction is not a problem,the focus is still to solve problems quickly generate individual model.At present,the commonly used individual template rapid generation technology,although the size of the customer can automatically generate a template,but most of the models have produced anomalies need to manually modify.Network customization system is developed,the online orders will be more,if not quickly and accurately generate individual model,still need to spend a lot of time to modify the abnormal model,not only can not guarantee the timeliness of the product affects the reputation and profitability,but also increase the enterprise cost.In the EMTM production mode,the requirements of the individual model production not only meet the requirements of the design,but also must be quickly and accurately generated,so as to meet the lowest cost of individual services.Therefore,in order to achieve the effect of rapid generation of individual templates,the key problem is to reduce the generation of abnormal templates and reduce the time of manual correction.(1)Querying a large number of literature data to obtain the basic principles of parametric design and three key factors including parameters,physical characteristicsand interrelated data,used in the clothing field the three cores are critical parts of samples,the characteristics of body size,and the quantitative relationship between the body size and structures of samples that is parameter rules.Then from the three factors of the main problems,that the key reason is not quickly generate individual samples,determine the theoretical foundation for the subsequent experiments.(2)Selecting the shirt as the research object,combined with the three factors of parameter pattern design to research individual samples how to fast generate.According to the standard size to complete the basic work including the basic samples design and basic parameters of rules setting,and extract key parts of men’s shirts to make a size table,then use the basic parameters of the rule to generate individual samples of the body size table.Next,determine the boundary of the sample distortion,and combined with the theory of sample structure and graphics to modify samples with distortion.Based on the revised data to correct and reconstruct parameters of the new rules,finally according to of different size applicable range of parameters rules to establish the classification boundary.(3)The establishment of special integrated models and using the new parameters rules to generate the individual samples in accordance with the special models and making into garments.And inviting experts to evaluate models and of garments,so as to verify the rationality of new shape classification and parameters of rules.Second,to compare the time required between new and old the two model generation technology to generate individual samples of the same customer,as to verify the new model generation technology is more effective and fast.(4)Using the rapid generation technology of the individual samples that is verified into other versions of shirt,to produce type classification and parametric rules of each versions.In final to establish a shirt database based on the final results of three version.This paper following the principles of parametric design and select men’s shirts as the research object to research how to rapidly generate individual samples,and verify and evaluate the results of research,then the new technology of individual samples generation applied to a different version of men’s shirts,eventually toestablish the rapid custom database.This paper form a researching system of individual samples rapid generation in men’s shirts,which has certain guiding significance to the study of other styles. |
