With the development of technology and the continuous improvement of people's pursuit of quality of life,the personalized customization of shoes and boots has gradually become the mainstream of the times.Shoe last is the basis of shoe design and manufacture,which is designed and processed according to the individual foot type and the requirements shoe making.The traditional making method of shoe last is grinding out wooden sample last by hand for profiling and application of profile milling for production.The disadvantages of this method are long manufacturing cycle,inaccurate accuracy and size,and it is difficult to modify locally according to individual foot shape.Therefore,the research of fast and convenient shoe last design,manufacturing and trimming technology is of great significance for the production of personalized customized footwear,and has a certain role in improving the level of China's footwear industry.Parametric design of 07 B shoe last model is carried out by using Catia software in this paper.The reverse parametric modeling method of bottom surface and curved surface is setted up by comparative analysis of shoe last components.The bottom and curved surfaces is reconstructed by comprehensive application of Digitized shape Editor,Generative shape Design and other modules.The parameter driving mechanism of length,width and girth direction is constructed with the module of knowledge engineering.The partial modification of 07 B shoe last model is realized by adjusting the pole radius of the control points.The rapid manufacturing of shoe last model is realized by FDM-3D printing technology.,The influence of the printing parameters such as the layer thickness,printing speed and filling rate on the mechanical properties of the parts is studied as the bending experiment.The optimal printing parameters are obtained by the above research.In this article,the parametric design and local trimming technology of 07 B shoe last model is carried out by 3D digital technology combined with reverse engineering,which improves the model accuracy and realizes easier modification of shoe last model.The rapid manufacturing technology of customized shoe last is explored further based on 3D printing technology.The rapid production of personalized customization shoe last is realized,which improves the efficiency of design and reduces the cost.
