| Nowadays,the manufacture technology has developed increasingly. The protean market trend and diversiform needs made the manufacturers became more and more consumer-oriented. And people's desire for the fitness and individuation of the garment have made the mass customization mode of costume (MCC) became the efficiency means, which helped the costume corporations adapt to the change of the market.The MCC system is a kind of individual digital service. It is established on the buyers'body shape. Body analysis is very important to improve the fitness of garment. After measuring and analyzing the human body, the body feature could be obtained and the bodily form could be newly classified. These provide the groundwork of the latter procedure in MCC system.The body sizes of 222 eastern unmarried females in 18 to 25 were obtained by two-dimensional body measurement. After the pretreatment, the data were calculated on statistical approach. Then the results were compared with the national grown and young females, and finally got the conclusion. It is about the body character of the young females in 18 to 25, and the difference between the eastern young females and the national females.By principal component analysis, 6 factors were got as the principal components, whose accumulative contribution rate was 73.96%. Then 6 indexes were taken to separately express the 6 principal components. Through the research on the ten parameters in whole, profile, transect and bust of the females, Eastern young females'body characteristics were described in this paper. And four indexes were chosen to classify the eastern young females'bodily form. They were the difference between bust girth and waist girth, the proportion of the back centerline to the front centerline, the proportion of thickness to width of the breast and the difference between haunch girth and waist girth. According to the ranks of these four indexes, eastern young females'bodily form could be theoretically classified into 81 genera.
