The process of grain oriented silicon steel is complicated.It also has many steps.The different processes have different effects on the secondary recrystallization textures,and the secondary recrystallization textures have important effects on the performance of grain orientation silicon steel.So the appropriate process for the final magnetic properties of grain oriented silicon steel is particularly important.The grain oriented silicon steel produced by low temperature slab heating technology was processed by intermediate annealing or decarburization annealing and the change of primary recrystallization texture of grain oriented silicon steel was analyzed.Conclusions are as follows:The uniformity of the primary recrystallization microstructure is the best by decarburization annealing process at 850? for 5min.The average grain size was about15?m.The Goss texture in the finished product is dense,and the deviation angle is small,B800=1.88T,P1.7/50=1.40W/kg.When the grain oriented silicon steel is processed by secondary cold rolling method,intermediate annealing process is the best at 840? for 10min in an atmosphere with25%H2+75%N2.The primary recrystallization texture,grain orientation difference grain boundary type are the best.Although the Goss texture has no texture advantage in the primary recrystallization,a very strong Goss texture can be formed during the secondary recrystallization.Finished product B800=1.94T,P1.7/50=1.37W/kg.During the intermediate annealing process,the atmosphere is H2+H2O,and the C flux of the solid-phase reaction interface is controlled by controlling the H2 content in the intermediate annealing atmosphere.The appropriate H2 flux will increase the reaction rate of the surface to avoid forming a dense oxide layer which can affect decarburization process because of the comparatively low reaction rate.When the H2 content is 25%,the favorable texture is the most after the intermediate annealing process,and the magnetic properties of final product is the highest.Figure58;Table22;Reference 65...
