Non-oriented silicon steel is a kind of necessary material used in electric making production. Meanwhile it is mainly used in making tiny, monotype and medium electric engine with great amount. Non-oriented silicon steel can take the 70% silicon steel productions. Cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel with low carbon and low silicon obsess so many characters, such as high magnetic induction intensity, simple craft and low factory cost. There will be immense market of efficient electric engine because of the connecting of domestic market and international market. Improving electromagnetism property and reducing the power consumption of silicon steel will be a kind of trend. Meanwhile, to reduce the manufacturing cost of cold rolled silicon steel is the main task.Experiment shows that amount of depression and annealing regulation have effect on texture and Grain Size of non-oriented silicon steel. From the view of transmissibility of Grain Size, normalization treatment which can cause the larger scale of Grain Size can improve the ferromagnetism, and also do the proper cold rolling regulation and annealing technology. Main conclusions are as follow:1) Grain gets obviously larger through normalization process. Grain Size through normalization is 5~6 levers higher than the Grain Size which never experiences the normalization. Lager Grain Size provides premise for better ferromagnetism.2) Determined by X-ray diffraction apparatus, normalized plant owns highest avail texture ratio of 14% and better ferromagnetism which experiences first pass with 18% depression and total depression of 70%.3) Final annealing alleviates the strip microstructure caused by cold rolling, and can also prove proper conditions for equiaxed grain’s growth which ensure the ferromagnetism. Highest magnetic strength of 2.01T and lowest core loss of 4.02W/kg are acquired finally.Raw material with content of C≤0.015、Si 0.30~0.50% is normalized in temperature of 985℃for 5min23s. Cold rolled regulations with first depression ratio of 18% and amount depression ratio of 70% are taken into experiment. High magnetic strength and low core loss are received by annealing temperature of 920℃with no special atmosphere for 2mins finally.
