Guangdong Province has superior natural resource endowments.It is the first province in my country to build protected natural areas.The construction of protected natural areas and biodiversity protection are at the forefront of the country.The construction of protected natural areas is a powerful and efficient protection method for biodiversity protection,but the protection of biodiversity in protected natural areas in Guangdong Province is not comprehensive enough,and the protection effectiveness is insufficient,and the spatial pattern needs to be optimized.Based on the overall analysis of the ecological background and protected natural areas in Guangdong Province,this thesis constructs a method system to identify the key areas of biodiversity in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the protection vacancies of protected natural areas in Guangdong Province based on this.To build ecological corridors,and to propose targeted spatial pattern optimization suggestions for protected natural areas in Guangdong Province.The main conclusions include:(1)Analyze the ecological background of Guangdong Province.This thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the ecological background of Guangdong Province from the aspects of physical geography,biological resources,ecosystem types,characteristics and global values.(2)Overall analysis of the protection effectiveness and existing problems of protected natural areas in Guangdong Province.By analyzing the change trend of NDVI inside and outside the protected areas,the protection effect of protected natural areas is evaluated,and it is found that the overall protection effect is good,but the protection effectiveness is poor.Insufficient and lag problems.(3)Build a system of key spatial identification methods for biodiversity conservation.The assessments are carried out from the two levels of species and ecosystems: in the identification of key areas for species protection,the Max Ent model is used to predict the distribution of potential habitats,and the key space for species protection is formed by superimposing;in the identification of key areas for ecosystem protection,the In VEST model is used to evaluate habitat quality,using the weighting method to evaluate the ecological sensitivity,and extracting the key areas and stacking them to form the key space for ecosystem protection.Comprehensive species protection key areas and ecosystem protection key areas,forming key areas for biodiversity protection,mainly distributed in Dadong Mountain,Dayao Mountain,Weiling,Dagengling,Shirenzhang,Qingyun Mountain,Jiulian Mountain,Luofu Mountain,Qimuzhang Mountain,Jiaoling Mountain,Lianhua Mountain,Phoenix Mountain,Qiwei Mountain,Yunkai Mountain,Datianding Mountain,Yunwu Mountain,Tianlu Mountain and other mountains,as well as some coastal areas in Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Jiangmen and other places.(4)Identify the protection vacancies of natural reserves in Guangdong Province.The protection vacancies mainly exist in mountainous areas such as Dayao Mountain,Weiling Mountain,Dagengling Mountain,Shirenzhang,Qingyun Mountain,Jiulian Mountain,Lianhua Mountain,Phoenix Mountain,Qiwei Mountain,Datianding Mountain,Yunwu Mountain,etc.,as well as the Pearl River Delta.coastal zone.(5)Build ecological corridors.Based on the key areas of biodiversity conservation and protected natural areas,112 important ecological sources and 81 ecological nodes were extracted,and the MCR model was used to identify 200 ecological corridors with a total of10528.25 km,covering most of Guangdong Province.(6)Propose suggestions for optimizing the spatial pattern of protected natural areas.According to the vacancy analysis results and the status quo of protected natural areas,the following suggestions for optimizing the spatial pattern of the nature reserve system are put forward: building new protected natural areas;expanding protected natural areas;building ecological corridors;improving the quality of protected areas.
