With the improvement of living standard, the number of abnormal blood glucose and blood lipid gradually increases, which seriously affects people's quality of life.In order to improve people's health level, this paper explores the influence of aerobic exercise on abnormal blood glucose and blood lipid.Through visiting Luanzhou city,Hebei Province, the middle-aged and elderly people have obvious abnormal blood glucose and lipids, and there are many people suffering from abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism. That article discuss Jiamusi happy dance steps for elderly nursing home sugar, blood glucose, blood lipids, lipid metabolism disorders and related indicators, which are designed to reduce the middle-aged and old sugar, blood glucose, blood lipid level, lipid metabolism disorders, reduce the probability of chronic diseases, and provide effective forms of exercise, and improve the health of sugar, lipid metabolic disorder crowd.Research Methods: This article uses the literature method to retrieve relevant information. The 12-week dietary intervention combined with the Jiamusi happy dance step on blood glucose, blood lipids and related indicators of people with abnormal glycolipid metabolism was mainly explored by experimental method,and108 people aged 50-75 in the representative Luanzhou Elderly Apartment and Chenxu Elderly Apartment in Tangshan City were selected for experimental intervention. There were 54 people in the experimental group and 54 people in the control group(including 31 people in the experimental group Luanzhou Elderly Apartment,23 people in Chenxu Elderly Apartment in the experimental group,31 people in Luanzhou Elderly Apartment in the control group, and 23 people in Chenxu Elderly Apartment in the control group).During the experiment, both the experimental group and the control group carried out dietary intervention to ensure that the dietary intake standards of all experimental subjects were uniform. In addition to diet control, the experimental group practiced this Jiamusi happy dance step every day from Monday to Saturday for a total of 12 weeks; The control group maintained the original lifestyle. Before and after the experiment, the BMI,waist-to-hip ratio, body fat percentage, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and blood lipids of the two groups of experimental subjects were detected.Excel 2010 was used to collect and organize data, and SPSS.26 to compare and analyze all detection index data.Results:(1)Changes in body composition of subjects in the two groups before and after the experimentAfter the experiment, the body composition of the experimental group changed significantly, and there was a significant difference with the pre-experimental comparison(P<0.05);after the experiment, the waist-to-hip ratio of the control group decreased significantly compared with that before the experiment, and the effect was significant(P<0.05).After the experiment, there was a significant difference in BMI and body fat percentage(P<0.05).Changes in blood pressure of the two groups before and after the experiment(2)Changes of fasting blood glucose in the two groups before and after the experimentThe diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group after the experiment were significant compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, the blood pressure in the control group decreased, but it was not significant(P>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison between groups was very significant(P<0.01).Four changes of blood lipid in the two groups before and after the experiment(3)Changes in fasting blood glucose in two groups of subjects before and after the experimentAfter the experiment, the fasting blood glucose in the experimental group was very significantly different from that in the pre-experimental comparison(P<0.01).The decrease in fasting blood glucose in the control group after the experiment was not significant compared with that before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment, there was a very significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).(4)There were four changes in blood lipids in the two groups before and after the experimentAfter the experiment, the experimental group of triglycerides and low and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were very significant compared with before the experiment(P<0.01),and the total cholesterol was significant compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, the total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol of the control group decreased compared with before the experiment, but were not significant(P>0.05).After the experiment, there were significant differences between groups(P<0.01).Conclusions and suggestions:(1)By monitoring the exercise heart rate of the subjects in the experimental group,it is determined that Jiamusi happy dance step in this experiment is a medium-intensity aerobic exercise, which is suitable for people with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and can improve the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid.(2)Dietary interventions combined with Jiamusi happy dance steps had a promoting effect on the changes in body composition of the subjects.Dietary interventions alone can also alter body composition, but the effect is not significant. Therefore,it is recommended that people with abnormal glucose metabolism use exercise combined with dietary intervention to reduce weight.(3)Dietary interventions combined with Jiamusi happy dance steps were more pronounced than dietary interventions alone to reduce blood pressure levels in experimental subjects. Therefore,it is recommended that people with abnormal glucose metabolism use exercise combined with dietary intervention to improve blood pressure levels.(4)Dietary interventions combined with Jiamusi happy dance steps and simple dietary interventions can reduce blood glucose levels in experimental subjects. Therefore,it is recommended to continue diet or exercise combined with dietary interventions after the experiment to improve blood glucose levels in people with abnormal glycolipid metabolism.(5)Dietary intervention combined with Jiamusi happy dance steps can significantly reduce the blood lipid level of the subjects, while the dietary intervention alone failed to change the triglycerides and HDL cholesterol of the subjects. Therefore,it is recommended to continue the dietary intervention after the end of the experiment, and if no significant changes occur,it can be combined with Jiamusi happy or change the dietary intake standard.
