One of the soil environmental problems is to improve the properties of saline alkali soil There are no reports on the effects of organic feces and distiller's grains on the physicochemical properties of saline alkali soil and the growth of maize.Therefore,in this study,maize pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of two insect feces organic fertilizers(Black soldier fly feces and Grub feces),Black soldier fly feces and distillers' grains on the physical and chemical properties of saline alkali soil,maize plant growth,plant leaf physiological characteristics and plant nutrient absorption on moderately saline alkali soil.To investigate the effect of Black soldier fly feces,Grub feces,black soldier fly feces and distiller's grains on improvement of saline alkali soil,the results are as follows:(1)The application of two kinds of insect feces organic fertilizers increased the SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity of maize leaves and the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the plant and root of maize,increased the dry weight of plant,root length and root volume of maize,and the feces treatment of black soldier fly feces was higher than that of Grub feces under the same amount of fertilizer application.Among the treatments with different fertilizer application amounts,4% insect feces treatment had the best effect,and compared with the control,maize plant height,aboveground dry weight,SOD enzyme activity and POD enzyme activity were the highest,which increased by 101.61%,180.74%,176.27%and 254.67%,respectively.(2)The application of two kinds of insect feces organic fertilizers increased the contents of nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in saline alkali soil,and reduced the p H of soil.The best treatment results were obtained at 4% and 6%,and feces I(black soldier fly feces)was better than feces II(Grub feces).The physical and chemical properties of saline alkali soil were improved effectively.(3)the application of black soldier fly feces and distillers' grains significantly increased the contents of nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in the soil,and reduced the p H of the soil.After the treatment of 2% insect feces +2%distillates,the available nitrogen content of saline alkali soil was the highest,which was95.74% higher than that of the control,significantly improving the saline alkali soil properties.(4)The application of black soldier fly feces and distillers' grains significantly increased the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the plant and root of maize,and increased the chlorophyll content in maize leaves.The treatment with 2% insect feces and 2% distillers' grains The plant and root dry parts treated with 2% insect dung +2% distillers' grains were the heaviest,and the treat had the highest contents of N,P in the plant and root,and chlorophyll in the leaves.Compared to the control,dry weight and content of N and P in plants increased by 210.21%,65.33% and 54.29%,respectively.dry weight and content of N and P in root increased by 225.42%,65.33%,and54.05% respectively.In summary,it can be seen that the application of organic fertilizer of insect feces and distillers' grains can improve soil fertility,promote the growth of maize,and improve the saline alkali soil properties.Under the condition of this experiment,2% black soldier fly feces and2% distillers' grains were best used to the saline-alkali soil.
