Soil salinization has become a major obstacle in the process of efficient utilization of land resources and ecological environmental balance protection.It is an urgent problem to take reasonable and effective measures to improve the saline wasteland and make effective use of land resources.In this paper,a one-year field experiment was conducted to study the application of biochar and different organic fertilizers(organic bacterial fertilizer,carbon-based organic fertilizer and biochar),compared with the blank control of no bottom fertilizer or modifier.To study the effects of biochar and different organic fertilizers on the improvement of severely saline and alkaline land.To analyze the suitable improvement measures and the growth test of astragalus in the severe saline-alkali land,it provides theoretical basis and technical support for saline-alkali land management,efficient utilization of water resources and land development.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Different improvement measures can effectively improve soil physical and chemical properties,improve soil structure,is advantageous to the soil water infiltration,improve soil moisture content,increase arable layer soil water-holding ability,experimental zone in 2019 each processing compared with CK group was reduced by 5.37%?7.76%,the soil bulk density test area soil moisture content were greater than the control group,the groups can provide experimental zone crops with good topsoil moisture environment;Application of biochar and different organic fertilizers can help to improve the surface temperature of the soil,and the overall increase rate of each treatment is between 1.4? and 2?.Among them,biochar and organic fertilizer have the best effect.(2)The biochar and no organic fertilizer can significantly increase the soil organic matter,alkaline hydrolysis navailable k,available phosphorus,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content,the improved processing nutrient content were greater than CK control area,shows that after applying biochar and different organic fertilizer can effectively improve the soil nutrient equilibrium and increase soil fertility,reduce the loss of soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content.Organic bacterial fertilizer has a significant effect,which can increase the number and activity of beneficial microorganisms in soil,improve soil activation characteristics and improve soil fertility.(3)Different improvement measures can significantly improve the soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content,in the top layer of soil,different improved soil NH4+-N(ammonium nitrogen)and NO3--N(nitrate nitrogen)levels with the development of crop growth period all showed a trend of increasing,the improved process for the whole growth period of soil NO3--N content increases the average increased by 95.44%than the control group,65.09%,165.80%,the soil NH4+-N can be through nitration oxidation for NO3--N,for crops to absorb quickly.The effects of organic fertilizer and biochar treatment were significant,which significantly increased the nitrate nitrogen content and nitrogen utilization efficiency in soil.(4)Different improvement measures were adopted to reduce the soil salt content,improve the soil salt accumulation degree,and reduce the soil conductivity.The soil salt content in each treatment group was reduced by 25.34%?53.44%compared with the CK control group.The application of the improver can effectively reduce the main anions that have negative effects on the soil and the growing environment of crops:soil Cl-ion and soil SO42-ion;The application of biochar and different organic fertilizers can reduce the soil pH value.The improvement effect of organic fertilizer is remarkable.(5)The application of biochar and different organic fertilizers can improve the growth potential of astragalus membranaceus,and different modified treatments can improve and promote the plant height,main root diameter,length,weight of each plant,survival rate and yield of astragalus membranaceus.The overall increase of plant height of astragalus treated with biochar and different organic fertilizers was 5.86?19.84%compared with CK control group.The treatment of taproot diameter increased by 3.38?14.19%compared with CK control group.The length of taproot increased by 4.64%,16.56%and 12.25%compared with CK control group.The weight of radix astragali taproot increased by 2.12?17.79%compared with CK.Production and the survival rate of J>TJ>C>CK,namely organic bacterial manure>charcoal base manure>biochar>the control group.Organic bacterial fertilizer has a significant effect.Organic bacterial fertilizer contains a large number of beneficial bacteria,which can increase the activity and quantity of soil microorganisms,improve the soil activation characteristics,rapidly reproduce and form the dominant bacteria group,effectively prevent and control the diseases and insect pests of crops,and provide a good environment for the growth of crops.The comprehensive analysis shows that biochar can reduce bulk density and improvesoil moisture content.Application of organic bacterial fertilizer has the most significant effects on improving soil physical and chemical properties,improving soil fertility,reducing crop diseases,increasing crop yield,and reducing soil salinity and PH.
