In 2020,the number of new cancer patients and the number of deaths from cancer in China has ranked first in the world, and the burden of cancer is becoming heavier, and cancer research needs to be intensified.Cancer is a disease caused by genes. To study cancer from the perspective of biomolecules, may have a more original understanding of cancer. With the publication of multi-type genomics data, the study of cancer subtype classification has gradually become the focus of cancer molecular biology research.Research on the classification of cancer subtypes can explore the pathogenesis of cancer more deeply. The classification results are helpful for the implementation of precision medicine and play an important role in the treatment and prognosis of cancer. From the perspective of molecular biology to study the classification of cancer subtypes, more stable tumour classification results and more significant biological markers can be obtained. This paper proposes an analysis process for the classification of cancer subtypes based on multi-genomic data. This process screened out the classification features used for the classification of cancer subtypes, and identified key classification features with key biological functions. The cancer subtype classification model established with the key classification features can be accurately classified. The main work consists of three parts:In the first part, the specific part and tissue type data set of The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)was selected as the research object, and the analysis process of early subtype classification of cancer based on multi-type genomic data was established.Use statistical methods to screen the molecules contained in the four omics data of messenger RNA(mRNA)expression data, small molecule ribonucleic acid(miRNA)expression data,Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)methylation data, and copy number variation data, and then perform the classification characteristics after screening. Then, the selected classification features are integrated and clustered.Further screen the key classification features that can distinguish different sub-types and use these key classification features to build a cancer subtype classification model. In the second part, the analysis process of early cancer subtype classification based on multi-type genomic data was applied to the early subtype classification of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and two cervical squamous cell carcinoma subtypes with significant differences in clinical survival were obtained. And identified 8 key classification features of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The subtypes and key classification features of cervical squamous cell carcinoma identified in this study provide important references for the early classification of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the identification of classification markers. In the third part, the software for the classification process of early cancer subtypes based on multi-type genomic data is implemented in programming language. The software provides a friendly interface that can classify cancer subtypes of various cancers in the TCGA project, and provides a quick tool for researchers who study cancer subtype classification at the molecular level in the early stage. In this thesis,a multi-type genomic data classification process for early cancer subtypes has been established and applied to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Four dimensions of data for early samples of cervical squamous cell carcinoma: mRNA expression data,miRNA expression data,DNA methylation Data and copy number variation data were screened for classification characteristics, and then integrated cluster analysis was performed by iCluster Bayes method, and two subtypes iC1 and iC2 with different prognosis were identified.By calculating the posterior probability of the feature as the driving factor,8 key classification features of DNA methylation data were screened, and a classification model of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was constructed. This study provides an analysis process and research methods for molecular classification based on multi-type genomic data, and provides a reference basis for early classification markers of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
