Objective: Autophagy is a self-digesting process that can satisfy cellular metabolism and is closely related to the development of cancer.Lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma account for 90% of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Patients are often diagnosed in advanced stage and have poor prognosis, which seriously affects patients' life and quality of life. This study aims to find out the autophagy-related lncRNAs related to the prognosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma,so as to predict the prognosis of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: from the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)database for 551 cases of RNA sequence data and clinical information, through human autophagy database(HADb)for 232 autophagy related genes, using the lncRNA genes associated with autophagy altogether choose autophagy related lncRNA express network, using the single factor Cox regression further screening of autophagy related lncRNA,prognostic risk based on this model, then using multiariable Cox regression test if it is independent prognostic factors. Results: 1.In the lung squamous cell carcinoma patient group and non-tumor group,a total of 50 autophagy-related genes were abnormally expressed, including 31 upregulated genes and 19 down-regulated genes.2.Five m RNAs were significantly correlated with the prognosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma.3.According to unifactorial COX analysis,24 autophagy related lncRNAs were associated with the prognosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma.Further multivariate COX regression analysis revealed that 8 autophagy related lncRNAs were independent influencing factors for the prognosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma(AC106786.1,AC124067.2,AL122125.1,AL365356.5,LUCAT1,LINC01612,CYP4F26 P,AL035425.3).4.The prognostic dividing line model of lung squamous cell carcinoma was established by 8kinds of autophagy-related lncRNAs,and the C index of the prognostic model was0.796(95%CI: 0.739-0.853)after testing. Conclusions: The 8 autophagy related lncRNAs found in this study, including AC106786.1,AC124067.2,AL122125.1,AL365356.5,LUCAT1,LINC01612,CYP4F26 P and AL035425.3,may be molecular markers of prognosis and potential therapeutic targets for patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma.
