Objective:Through two action modes of lunge squat, namely traditional lunge squat and Bulgarian lunge squat,we can understand the changes of muscle surface EMG related indexes of lower limbs in the two different modes of lunge squat,as well as the changes of muscle surface EMG related indexes under three loads. The purpose of this study is to analyze the stimulating effect of traditional back lunge squat and Bulgarian lunge squat on lower limb muscles under different loads,in order to find a suitable squat mode in training. Methods:In this experiment,20 students in the 2020 physical education major of the Physical Education College of Inner Mongolia Normal University were selected as the research objects, and the mp150multi-channel physiological signal recorder produced by BIOPAC company of the United States was used to test the surface EMG activity of each muscle under the increasing load of the two squat modes. Two factor repeated measurement ANOVA was used to process the data. The effects of squatting mode and weight-bearing on lower limb muscle surface EMG RMS were analyzed, and whether there was interaction between two squatting modes and three kinds of weight-bearing.Results:(1)The results of variance analysis showed that the weight-bearing factors affected the number of lower limb muscles more than squat mode and squat mode load interaction, and the contribution rate was also greater than other factors.(2)At 0%1rm,the gluteus maximus, rectus femoris, lateral femoris, medial femoris, biceps femoris, anterior tibialis and lateral head of gastrocnemius had significant differences between the two squatting modes(p<0.01);At 30%1rm,there was no significant difference in tibialis anterior muscle and rectus femoris between the two squatting modes(p>0.05),but there was a very significant difference in gluteus maximus, lateral femoral muscle, medial femoral muscle, biceps femoris and lateral head of gastrocnemius(p<0.01);At 60%1rm,there was no significant difference between the two squatting modes for gluteus maximus, lateral femoral muscle, medial femoral muscle and anterior tibial muscle(p>0.05),significant difference for biceps femoris muscle(p<0.05),and extremely significant difference for lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle(p<0.01).Traditional lunge squat only had higher activation of rectus femoris than Bulgarian lunge squat, and there was significant difference in t test(p<0.05).(3)When weight-bearing was not considered, there was no significant difference in rectus femoris between the two squatting modes(p>0.05),but there was a very significant difference in gluteus maximus, lateral femoral, medial femoral, biceps femoris, anterior tibialis and lateral head of gastrocnemius(p<0.01).(4)There was a significant difference in the sum of surface electromyography RMS between the two lunges at 0%1rm and30%1rm(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference at 60%1rm(p>0.05);There was significant difference between traditional lunge squat and Bulgarian lunge squat on the sum of surface electromyogram RMS values of lower limb muscles without considering load(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with the weight-bearing factors, the lunge squat mode has little effect on the activation of lower limb muscles, and there is a certain interaction between these two factors. Therefore, when using the traditional lunge squat and Bulgarian lunge squat for strength training, the choice of weight-bearing is very important.(2)In 0%1rm load-bearing,Bulgarian lunge squat has better stimulating effect on lower limb muscles than traditional lunge squat due to the high pressure on the front supporting leg.At 30%1rm load, the activation degree of some muscles in traditional lunge squat tends to be the same as that in Bulgarian lunge squat. At 60%1rm weight-bearing,the activation degree of most muscles in traditional lunge tends to be the same as that in Bulgarian lunge squat. On the whole,Bulgarian lunge squat has better training effect on lower limb muscles than traditional lunge squat when there is no load or the load is small, and this gap is gradually narrowed when the load is gradually increased. It shows that with the increase of weight bearing, weight bearing is the main factor affecting the effect of muscle training.(3)Traditional lunge squat and Bulgarian lunge squat have obvious differences in the activation effect of lower limb muscles without considering the load.Bulgarian lunge squat is stronger than traditional lunge squat, and there are also differences in the stimulation effect of specific different muscles. This is the difference in the force pattern of a single muscle.
