Objective :(1)To explore the relationship between primordial reflex and vestibular function in children.(2)To study the intervention effect of primitive reflex integration training on vestibular disorders in children. Methods: Adopted children sensory integration ability development assessment scale of vestibule school 160 6 years old children sleep disorders screening, adopt integration of primitive reflex test scale, children's developmental coordination disorder scale(MABC-2)on children exist vestibule sleep disorders before the trial evaluation, finally choose the subjects that accords with a requirement,a total of 18 people, randomly divided into two groups, each group of 9 people. The experimental group received primordial reflex integration training + normal PHYSICAL education activities, and the control group received normal PHYSICAL education activities for60 minutes 4 times a week for 12 weeks(the experimental group: 30 minutes primordial reflex integration training +30 minutes physical education activities, and the control group: 60 minutes physical education activities). After training, the original reflexes checklist and the Child Developmental Coordination Disorder Assessment Scale(MABC-2)were used for assessment and data analysis. Results :(1)the correlation coefficient between the tonic labyrinthine reflex and the mgc-2 level was 0.729(p<0.01),the correlation coefficient between spinal Grant reflex and MABC-2 level was 0.564(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient between lifting reflex and MABC-2 level was 0.664(p<0.01),there was a significant positive correlation; In the three subitems of MABC-2,the correlation coefficient between the tonic labyrinthetic reflex and manual dexterity was 0,558(p<0.05),the correlation coefficient between spinal Grant reflex and manual dexterity was 0.493(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient between raised reflex and manual dexterity was 0.688(P<0.01),all three reflexes were positively correlated with manual dexterity; The correlation coefficient between the tonic labyrinthetic reflex and target grasping is0.631(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient between spinal Grant reflex and target grasping was 0.518(P<0.05),the correlation coefficient between lifting reflex and target grasp was 0.398(P>0.05),tonic labyrinth reflex and spinal Grant reflex are positively correlated with target grasp, while raised reflex is not.The correlation coefficient between tension labyrinth reflex and dynamic and static equilibrium is0.830(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient between spinal Grant reflex and dynamic and static balance was 0.778(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient between body lift reflex and dynamic and static equilibrium is 0.760(p<0.01),there is a significant positive correlation between the three kinds of primitive reflections and the dynamic and static equilibrium.(2)After the intervention of primordial reflex integration training, the level of primordial reflex integration in the experimental group was different(P<0.05),there was no difference in the level of primitive reflex integration in the control group(P>0.05),there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the level of primitive reflex integration after training(P<0.01).(3)After the primordial-reflex integration training, the experimental group had differences in MABC-2(P<0.05),there was no difference in MABC-2 after training in the control group(P>0.05),there was significant difference between experimental group and control group after training(P<0.01).Conclusions :(1)After 12 weeks of primitive reflex integration training, the improvement of vestibular function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the improvement of balance and coordination ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.(2)There is a correlation between the integration of primitive reflex and the development of vestibular function in children. The unintegration of primitive reflex will affect vestibular development to a certain extent, and then affect the development of balance and coordination ability of children.
