Vibration is an inherent property of an object.When the equipment operates normally,it has its fixed vibration characteristics.Vibration monitoring is an important monitoring means for the operation state of modern industrial equipment.It is widely used in energy,electric power,chemical industry,machinery manufacturing and other industries.By analyzing the vibration characteristic information of the equipment during normal operation,we can grasp the working state of the equipment in time.Rapid and effective vibration monitoring,status identification and analysis of equipment and devices in operation is of great significance and practical value to prevent equipment faults and monitor equipment operation status.In view of the shortcomings of vibration monitoring methods in the current vibration monitoring market,by analyzing the actual application environment of vibration equipment,this paper designs a set of real-time monitoring system for vibration sources based on the principle of laser reflection and the combination of software and hardware.In this paper,through the analysis of the surface of the vibrating object,the vibration types,parameters and judgment standards of the vibration source are studied.Through the discussion of the optical vibration monitoring method and the analysis of the optical path reflection model,the feasibility of extracting vibration information by laser reflection is studied and verified by mathematical calculation.In the design and production of optical vibration monitoring system,the hardware circuit design,simulation verification design and software programming of virtual instrument are carried out.Finally,the purpose of monitoring the state of vibration source by laser reflection is realized by building optical monitoring optical path,hardware circuit signal acquisition,software data processing and corresponding filtering.This design uses laser reflection to extract vibration information,which has the characteristics of non-contact,high accuracy,low cost,easy to build platform and so on.The actual test shows that the system operates normally,the eigenvalue output is accurate,the waveform image display is stable,the accuracy of vibration frequency and related feature extraction is high,and the abnormal vibration state can be identified and alarmed in real time.
