Species Diversity Of Cicadellidae From Shaanxi Hanzhong Crested Ibis National Nature Reserve

Cicadellidae belongs to Membracoidea,Auchenorrhyncha,Hemiptera,and is a common pest in forests,farmland,grassland and other ecosystems,Both adults and nymphs are harmful to crops,and their mouths are spiny sucking mouths,which can suck plant juice.It is an important agricultural and forestry pest.In order to study the species diversity of leafhoppers in Shaanxi Hanzhong Crested Ibis National Nature Reserve,three sampling sites,Longting(479-488 m above sea level),Huayuan(606-632 m above sea level)and Yaoping(794-811 m above sea level),were set up according to different ecological environment and altitude characteristics in the reserve,located in hilly area,low mountain area and middle mountain area respectively.Through collection and identification,the leafhopper species list in this area was formed to analyze the species diversity of this area.The Realms characteristics are discussed.A total of 3033 leafhopper insect specimens were collected,which were identified as 76 species,47 genera,14 families,10 subfamilies.Among them,59 specimens were collected at Longting sampling site,1476 specimens were collected at Huayuan sampling sites,and 1495 specimens were collected at Yaoping sampling site.One new genus were found in this collection process:(1)Neoempoasca Dai et Li,gen.nov.Two new species were found in this collection process:(1)Neoempoasca longipenis Dai et Li,sp.nov.(2)Ishiharella membranacea Dai et Li,sp.nov.There are 15 new recorded species in Shaanxi:(1)Anatkina candidipes Walker,1858(2)Atkinsoniella heiyuana Li,1992(3)Atkinsoniella nigrita Zhang et Kuoh,1993(4)Kolla nigrifascia Yang et Li,2000(5)Mileewa margheritae Distant,1908(6)Mileewa branchiuma Yang et Li,1999(7)Olidiana apicifixa Fan,Dai et Li,2012(8)Thagria decussate Fan et Dai,2015(9)Sophronia nigrilineata Chen et Li,1988(10)Batracomorphus rinkihonis Matsumura,1912(11)Batracomorphus trunctus Li et Wang,1993(12)Pedionis lii Zhang et Li,2010(13)Alebroide shirakiellus Matsumura,1931(14)Empoasca Luyashanensis Yu,2016(15)Lumicella rotundata Lu et Qin,2013Shannon-wiener index,Simpson index and Pielou index were used to calculate the obtained data.Compared with different months and different place,Results showed that leaf hoppers on insect species number,Longting sample point leafhoppers less species and quantity distribution,Huayuan sampling points and Yaoping sampling collection point on the number of specimens were similar.The faunal analysis of 76 species of leafhopidae collected in the Crested Ibis Reserve was carried out by multiple calculation method.From the perspective of world zoogeographical division,Oriental region is the dominant fauna.And the "Oriental region-Palaearctic" type also take it's place.From the perspective of China's zoological geographical division,Shaanxi Hanzhong Crested Ibis National Nature Reserve leafhoppers mainly pure central China area is the dominant faun,including southwest is the mainly fauna,and closely linked to south China area,north China,contact the northeast area,the Tibetan area widely,evolution characteristic is area differentiation is strong,and the interval communication widely,neighbourhood blend phenomenon is relatively positive,has the development characteristic of openness,However,due to the limitation of geographical and ecological environment,there are relatively few exchanges with The Inner mongolia-Xinjiang region.
