The main function of Husker is to remove rice husk and wheat bran to achieve the purpose of producing white rice.Its working principle is to remove the shell of the grain by using the friction and extrusion of the moving and fixed rollers in the Husker.If the reliability of the movable roll device is too low,it will not be able to withstand the reverse pressure and shear stress from rice grains during shelling.If the reliability is too high,it will inevitably lead to a waste of materials.Therefore,in order to maximize the material utilization rate and achieve the best design effect on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the movable roll device of the rubber roller Husker,this paper takes the MLGQ51 B pneumatic rubber roller Husker designed by a company as the research object,on the basis of realizing the basic performance of the huller,through the reliability analysis and optimization design of the movable roll device to improve its reliability and material utilization.The details are as follows:(1)The mechanical analysis of the movable roller device of rubber roller Husker is carried out.According to the principle of hulling,the movable roller device mainly bears two parts of load in the process of hulling,which comes from the continuous impact force of rice on the roller when the rice particles enter the working area between the rollers and the reverse force of rice on the roller in the process of hulling.For the calculation of these two parts of the load,this paper uses the discrete element software for simulation analysis and mathematical model calculation.The force of the movable roll device in the process of hulling is obtained,which provides mechanical support for the reliability analysis of the movable roll device.(2)The reliability of the movable roller device of rubber roller Husker is analyzed.The parametric model of movable roller device is established,and the geometric parameters,material characteristics and load are taken as random variables in the reliability analysis of movable roller device.The reliability and reliability index of movable roller device under strength and stiffness failure mode are obtained by Monte Carlo method.Through comparative analysis,the parts that have great influence on the failure of the moving roll device are found,which are taken as the optimization object,and the structural parameters that affect the reliability of the parts are found out through the calculation of reliability sensitivity,which are taken as optimization design variables.(3)The moving roller device of rubber roller Husker is optimized.Taking the failure probability and weight of the movable roller device as the optimization objective,the functional equation aiming at the failure probability and weight is established by orthogonal test and regression analysis.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to optimize the movable roller device,and the optimal structure parameters of the movable roller device of rubber roller Husker are obtained.The reliability of the optimized movable roll device is tested,and the results show that the reliability of the optimized movable roll device is not only improved,but also the weight of the movable roll device is reduced.The force of the movable roller device is distributed reasonably,and the utilization rate of the material is improved.In this paper,the discrete element analysis software,ANSYS software,orthogonal test method and NSGA-II optimization algorithm are used to find an effective solution for the reliability analysis and optimization design of Husker movable roller device,which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the optimization design of rice huller device based on reliability theory.It is helpful to find the balance between safety and economy of the movable roll device system in the design.
