Urban public service space plays an important role in ensuring the basic production and normal life of urban residents, and it is also an important area of urban planning and construction.Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the phenomenon of unbalanced allocation of public service space has become more and more obvious.Firstly, one of the causes is the expansion of urban scale and the increasing mobility of urban population.Secondly, the different composition of the population structure and class structure in our country leads to spatial differentiation.Besides, the spatial differentiation causes a series of "urban diseases",which greatly reduces the happiness index of residents,so it is particularly necessary to optimize the spatial allocation of public services. In recent years, the concept of "15-minute living circle" has been widely recognized and promoted in China, and gradually applied to urban planning, providing researchers with a more detailed research perspective.Since entering the 21 st century,Chengdu has developed rapidly, especially as the development of the central urban area has become mature and saturated. However, with the increase of population, there are higher requirements for the allocation of public service space.Empirical research on Chengdu is not rich, and the research based on the perspective of the "15-minute life circle" needs to be in-deepened.This paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the existing public service spatial layout in Chengdu from three dimensions: static physical geography spatial level, dynamic socio-economic spatial level and epidemic prevention and control under special circumstances, trying to provide a more comprehensive theoretical evaluation framework for the optimization and evaluation of public service space, especially for the city to improve its resilience from the perspective of spatial optimization in the face of infectious diseases such as epidemic.Besides, spatial analysis technology, data mining technology and statistics technology are used, methods such as kernel density methods, spatial autocorrelation method, and system clustering are adopted and related theories are referred to put forward practical recommendations for the configuration and optimization of public service space in Chengdu. The results show that:(1)From the perspective of physical geography space, the five districts in Chengdu are well balanced, and only part of the public service spaces in some areas need to be improved;(2)From the perspective of socioeconomic space, the fourth and fifth types of areas need to strengthen the allocation of public service space generally, while the third type of area need to focus on strengthening the allocation of public service space for sports and leisure, catering and enterprises;(3)In the background of the epidemic situation,Chengdu needs to strengthen the allocation of key public service spaces, improve the effectiveness of fine governance of public spaces during the closed management period, and strengthen the effectiveness of coordinated governance between government agencies and communities.
