Study On Risk Assessment Of Shantytown Renovation Project-Take The Shantytown Renovation

In recent years,through the continuous transformation of shanty towns in China,the living conditions and quality of life of shanty town residents,especially vulnerable groups,have been greatly improved,and at the same time,the overall development planning and image of the city have been optimized and promoted.However,because the shantytown renovation project involves many interest groups,long duration,large capital investment and many risk factors of uncertainty and unpredictability,these risk factors may adverse effect the shantytown renovation project.By studying the status quo of shantytown renovation and risk assessment at home and abroad,this paper finds that in the risk assessment of shantytown renovation in China,there are some problems,such as the assessment members are mostly composed of government workers,the assessment indicators are not set according to the actual situation,the risk assessment methods are single and lack of objectivity,and the risk response measures are lack of pertinence.Therefore,this paper mainly puts forward improvement measures for the above four shortcomings.Firstly,for the investigation and identification of risks,the risk indicators related to shantytown renovation project were collected through interviews and literature review,and 10 experts from different units were invited to score,and the risk dimensions and indicators were screened out by using the calculation methods of subordination analysis and validity analysis,so as to establish a risk assessment index system of shantytown renovation project consisting of 5 criteria levels and 18 scheme levels.Secondly,in the stage of risk evaluation,AHP is used to calculate the weights of risk indicators at different levels,and then the weight calculation results are applied to actual cases,and finally the risk level of the project is calculated by combining with the risk matrix method.By comprehensively applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and risk matrix,and using Kendall harmony coefficient method to test the coordination of expert evaluation,the objectivity of evaluation results is effectively improved.For risk response,four methods of prevention,avoidance,transfer and retention are put forward to effectively reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the loss caused by risk.
