Taking the special function of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria as the starting point,this paper selects the oasis cotton field in Xinjiang as the research object,sets five treatments: TSP150,TSP100,TSP0,organic fertilizer(OF + TSP100)and humic acid(OA + TSP100),collects fresh cotton soil samples at the cotton bud stage and harvest stage,and carries out the screening and identification of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria and the analysis and determination of phosphorus solubilizing ability of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria.The purpose is to provide a certain method reference for phosphorus reduction and efficiency increase and the development of new biological fertilizer in Xinjiang cotton field,so as to provide scientific and reasonable guidance and suggestions for the development of green agriculture in this area.The main results are as follows:1.There are 10 genera and 22 species of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria distributed in the soil of cotton field during cotton bud stage in Shawan city.Different fertilization treatments have obvious effects on the population distribution of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria: The population quantity relationship was as follows: OF + TSP100)> TSP0 > OA + TSP100 = TSP100 > TSP150.Under the treatment of adding organic fertilizer,the population of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria was more abundant and the structure was more complete.Although the population composition of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria under the treatment of no phosphorus fertilizer was relatively rich,the number was relatively small;with the increase of phosphorus fertilizer,the population structure of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria in cotton soil was gradually single;the population of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria under the treatment of organic acid was not as rich as that under the treatment of organic fertilizer,but the number increased significantly;2.Under the treatment of organic fertilizer(OF + TSP100),Streptomyces was the dominant genus,Arthrobacter pascens was the dominant species,and Streptomyces caeruleatus was a high-efficiency phosphorus solubilizing bacterium;under humic acid(OA + TSP100)treatment,Arthrobacter was the dominant genus,Arthrobacter pascens was the dominant species,and Pseudomonas silesiensis was a high-efficiency phosphorus solubilizing bacterium;under TSP0 treatment,Pseudomonas was the dominant genus,Sinorhizobium meliloti was the dominant species,and Pseudomonas silesiensis was a high phosphorus solubilizing bacterium;under TSP100 treatment,Arthrobacter and Pseudomonas were the dominant genera,Pseudomonas silesiensis and Arthrobacter pascens were the dominant species,and Pseudomonas silesiensis was a high-efficiency phosphorus solubilizing bacterium;under the treatment of TSP150,Arthrobacter is the dominant genus,Arthrobacter humicola and Arthrobacter pascens are the dominant species,and Pseudomonas silesiensis is a high-efficiency phosphorus solubilizing bacterium.There were 3genera and 6 species of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria in the cotton field of Shawan cotton harvest period.Enterobacter hormaechei and Arthrobacter humicola were efficient phosphorus solubilizing bacteria in this period;3.Among the phosphorus solubilizing bacteria in the soil of cotton field in Shawan City,the high-efficiency phosphorus solubilizing bacteria are Streptomyces caeruleatus,Pseudomonas silesiensis,Enterobacter hormaechei and Arthrobacter humicola.Their phosphorus solubilizing capacity is 39.05 mg / L,30.59 mg / L,39.08 mg / L and 23.92 mg / L.Therefore,in the field management of Shawan cotton,the application of organic fertilizer and humic acid can increase the number and species of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria in soil,and solve the problem of large amount of phosphorus fertilizer and small output from the perspective of microorganism;these indigenous phosphorus solubilizing bacteria can be used as the preferred microbial strains for the development of new microbial fertilizers in Shawan area,through indoor simulation and field experiment,focus on the research on the application amount,application time and application method of phosphorus solubilizing bacterial fertilizer,as well as the reasonable proportion and method of chemical fertilizer,further explore whether there is a more reasonable combination of indigenous phosphorus solubilizing bacteria under different fertilization treatments and different periods,so as to provide scientific and reasonable guidance and suggestions for the development of microbial fertilizer and green agriculture in this area.
