PSM is a kind of function bacterias that can dissolving insoluble phosphorus in soils into available for plant uptake and utilization.This experiment selected three representative kinds of forest soils from the hill of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University(named SBL,NBL,SM)and a typical southern red soil(named H)that never coverd by vegetation as the applied soils,and planting Eucalyptus seedlings on these soils as the object of study.After the plant grows well,watering the diluted liquid phosphorus suspension which have already screening and identificated from the Eucalyptus rhizosphere soils one year before into the above three kinds of soils,in this way,watering four times every half a month,Set of three concentration gradient:107,0.5*107,106 cfu/ml.then after 15 days,Measured the morphological index of Eucalyptus,photosynthetic characteristics,plant nutrition,acid phosphatase,and so on.Study and analysis the influence on eucalypt growth and the applicability in different soils.under different strains.To make clear the correlation between the PSM phosphate-dissolving ability and soils.and screened the high ability of phosphorus-solubilizing strains for providing theoretical guidance and reference to alleviate soil compaction and other ecological pollution,the development of phosphorus fertilizer andThe expansion of the scope of Eucalyptus Plantation.The results show that:1 The Eucalyptus morphological index(include plant height,stem diameter,dry,weight)compared with the blank displays different promoting effect levels under the different PSM and PSM combination in different soils.A in three soils are all shows the better promoting effect.Among them,the effect with different concentration gradient on seedling height and stem diameter were not significant.in comparison,the promoting effection is more significant in b concentration.A strain treatment in concentration b in soil NBL,SBL,SM in soil compared to the control were increased by 48.2%,48.48%,51.17%,stem increased by 18.58%,47.47%,48.74%,D strain solution processing in soil SM and H seedling height were increased by 70.36%,41.48%,and stem were increased 48.74%,48.74%.For different bacterial strains,in the NBL and SBL soils,single bacteria A,C and mixed bacteria AC influence on seedling heights stem better,in H and SM soils,mixed bacteria have better effect than single bacteria,and three kinds of mixed bacteria exert better role in promoting seedling heights stem,the second is bacterium A,this illustrate bacteria A have good ability to promote plants' height and stem diameter.2 The results of variance analysis shows that the influence of different concentration on plant biomass is not significant.Effect on above ground dry weight in every soil showed a certain promoting role,However,the influence of the dry weight of the underground part shows no significant difference,but compared with blank processing,it also increases to different extent,above all this bacteria processing,bacteria AC have performed better.In NBL,SBL,SM and H in the soil,the concentration of B under the treatment of AC bacteria were increased 29.87%,51.35%,71.76%,25%.Effect on above ground dry weight.For relatively high phosphorus content soils NBL and SBL overall showed the similer rule that the effect of single bacteria treatment is better than that of mixed bacteria among three different concentrations,among them bacteria AC,A and C shows the better effect.In SM and H soils,mixed bacteria is better than single bacteria,D,AC,BC,B are more effective for SM soil about promoting the dry weight of plants.in the soil H,the better bacteria strains are D,AC that promote the increase of the plants' above ground dry height much.The processing of D bacteria growth were 243.7%,15.38%.For the impact of underground part,study showed mixed bacteria is better than that of single bacteria as a whole.This can show the point that plants' biomass not only affected by the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria treatment,but also closely related to the site conditions.3 Different bacterial species and bacterial concentration treatment also shows different degrees of promoting function for the gas exchange parameters mainly including net photosynthetic rate(A),transpiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(GH20),of which bacteria A,D are all shown better promoting effect on plants'net photosynthetic rate in the three kinds of forest soils.In soil NBL,SBL,SM,H,under the treatment of bacteria A,net photosynthetic rate were increased by 15.25%,compared with 13.23%,118.43%,89.96%,under D treatments they were increased by 24.72%,21.59%,46.62%,86.9%.To transpiration rate and stomatal conductance,A,C,AB show much more better effect.However,For forintercellular co2,there was no significant difference between the different concentration processing,Under different concentrations for soil H,it doesn't shows the significant effects on the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular co2 concentration except stomatal conductance,effects are not significant difference,but most bacteria treatment has better promoting effect on gas exchange parameters compared to blank treatment.4 For different strains and different bacteria concentration of soil,The overall influence of the Chlorophyll fluorescence was to promote plant photosynthesis effect.Under SBL,NBL,SM of these three kinds of soil conditions,the plants chlorophyll fluorescence parameters performed that mixed bacterial treatment was better than the single-bacterial treatment,which the effect of Fv/Fm and qN was not significant,and the effect of qP and Y was obvious differences.It indicats that the addition of the bacteria is not only not damage the photosynthesis system,and play a role in promoting photosynthesis and the effective utilization of the light energy in the varying degrees.In SBL soil,A,C,BC these three strains impact better,in NBL soil,BC,AB,SM these three strains impact better,in soil SM,A,C,BC,these three strains impact better.From analysis above,we can obtain that the utilization of light energy Of the plants in the soil with C,BC,A bacteria is higher,and in H soil,the various treatments had no significant effects on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,showing that the effect of the solubilizing bacteria is also affected by the influence of soil texture.5 Do dynamic analysis with thinking the phosphorus content in the leaves of plants under various processing conditions as a variable,showed that different strains,different concentrations,different times and the interaction between them,the impact of the differences of them were significant.In each of the three soils,the impact of the Phosphorus content in the leaves of plants,concentration b and 30 days these two factor all affect obviously,compared to the normal treatment of phosphorus supply,relatively low in the rate of decline in the phosphorus content of the plant leaves grown in soil containing phosphorous bacteria,and it showed that the phosphorus supply of phosphate fertilizer was transient,and the phosphorus supply of solubilizing bacteria was continuity.In NBL soil,the impact of A.AC,AB,D bacteria is preferred,in SBL soil,the impact of A,D,C,BC,AC is preferred,comprehensive analysis that we know that to increase phosphorus content,the impact of C,A,AC,BC,D bacteria were better?And mixed bacteria generally better than single bacteria.In red soil of c concentration conditions,showed that the effect of Solubilizing bacteria is superior,and no significant difference between treatments.6.The promoting effect of plant total nitrogen content in four kinds of soil promoting effect is significant under different phosphate-solubilizing bacteria treatment,and mixed bacteria effect is superior to single bacteria,D,BC and AC in four kinds of soil showed better promoting effect,however,there is no significant difference of total nitrogen content value between blank and normal phosphorus treatment;total potassium content are not significant under different bacteria treatment of four kinds of soil,of all treatment,AB,D treatment shows the better effect followed by the BC,C,A.under the Treatment of bacteria D in the four kinds of soil,total nitrogen content were increased by 65.21%,49.64%,27.48%,17.96%.7 In addition to the soil H,different single phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and mixed phosphate-solubilizing bacteria treatment all improve the available phosphorus of soil significantly in three forests.The different is not obvious of the effect on available phosphorus.Multiple comparison shows that about the soil NBL and SBL,b concentration shows relatively better promoting effect,and soil SM and H do better with c concentrations treatment.Under different strains of processing,the NBL,SBL,SM soils have shown large increase of available phosphorus compared with blank control except H,mixed bacteria is showen better promoting influence than single bacteria as a whole.Specifically speaking,BC,B,AC treatment effect more than other bacterias in soil NBL,B,BC,AC promote effect better in soil SBL,to soil SM is D,AC,BC.there is no significant difference to promote the AP compared with blank in soil H,A,BC and D effect a little better.so result show that the treatment of the combination of organic phosphorus bacteria and inorganic phosphorus bacteria for the promotion of available phosphorus shower the better effect.8 Analyzing the change of the acid phosphatase activity under different PSM treatment,the results show that underdifferent concentration treatment,mixed bacteria is better than single bacteria and normal phosphorus treatment.In three kinds of forest soils,C,AC,D has a better effect on increasing phosphatase activity,it increased 33.4%,33.04%,56.46%under the treatment C.contract the effect between phosphorus content and acid phosphatase with different treatment,we can find this two measures have the similer influence law.To the influence of soil acid phosphatase,in three kinds of forest soils under various bacteria treatment compared with blank,mixed bacteria is better than that of single bacteria,the difference between fungus treatment and normal for phosphorus is not obvious.Under the influence of different bacteria,C,BC,D treatment acid phosphatase activity shows the greater growth rate compared with blank control in soil NBL,D,C,AC has a better performance in SBL,and in SM is B?AB?AC.under bacteria D treatment,it increased by 4.98%,9.19%,1.64%,under the bacteria BC.it were increased by 3.53%,1.09%,6.74%But in the soil of H,under different treatment,it didn't show the significant influence on soil phosphatase activity.so the solution that applied organophosphate bacteria and the combination with it can do better to the acid phosphatase activities than orther treatments.and the change of soil phosphatase,plant P and the available P have the same change rule in this four different kinds of soils.
