Since entering the 21 st century,standing at a new starting point of history,China has entered a new era of information technology.The fact that the information technology industry and the biotechnology industry are almost developing at the same time with the developed countries fully shows the depth of our entering the technology era.In order to cope with the rapid advent of the technology era,we urgently need to have enough ideological reserves and cultural resources.Especially,how can we find a more mature and perfect development path when we face all kinds of technical problems in contemporary society? At the beginning of the 20 th century,Ortega also faced the technological crisis after the industrial revolution,and as a professional philosopher,he carried out a series of technological philosophy thoughts.This paper makes a comprehensive study on the formation,connotation and significance of Ortega's philosophy of technology by means of comparative analysis and literature analysis.Through the comparative analysis with Heidegger's existentialist philosophy,this paper explores the essence of technology.Ortega thinks that the essence of technology is a kind of media for human beings to transcend themselves;By comparing with Husserl's phenomenology,Ortega distinguishes the difference between human beings and animals in the use of technology,which is that animals do not have human creativity;Ortega put forward a set of syllogism philosophy of technology,from the development of technology to the construction of false subjectivity in the era of technology,and finally from the struggle between man and his soul,he thought about the philosophy of technology of human life.Ortega's contribution to the development of philosophy of technology is enormous.When the contemporary philosophers of technology are pessimistic and pessimistic in the face of the irreparable impact of technology on human society and the world,Ortega advocates that we should rationally see a series of problems brought about by technology,and actively do something to improve this situation,Ortega's optimistic,positive,resolute personality charm is of great significance for us to face the hardships and challenges;At the same time,Ortega believes that the development of technology is for the prosperity of the country and the freedom of the people,and human development is the value orientation of the development of science and technology.Therefore,we need to guide technological innovation from the perspective of the pursuit of a better life.A systematic and in-depth study of Ortega's philosophy of technology is of great value for us to understand the development of philosophy of technology at the beginning of last century and to guide our country's technological practice in the new era.
