Under the guidance of the carbon peak and carbon neutral strategic goals,green and healthy human settlements and low-carbon,energy-saving residential buildings are the current focus.The moderate climate zone,with Kunming as a typical representative city,has excellent climate conditions,a livable ecological environment and excellent air quality.And in this climate zone,natural ventilation is the most important,most dependent and efficient way to improve the living environment for residents.Therefore,the construction of high-quality wind environment in residential areas has far-reaching significance for moderate climate zone.Combined with the hourly measured meteorological data of Kunming throughout the year,this study deeply analyzed the characteristics of wind environment in moderate climate zone with Kunming as a typical representative city.Based on the survey of wind environment comfort of green buildings,and the survey of the wind environment planning and design,the current status and problems of wind environment in moderate climate zone were summarized.Applying scientific methods,such as literature analysis,theoretical analysis,investigation and research,case analysis,and numerical simulation analysis,this article specifially studied the construction strategies of green building wind environment in moderate climate zone.The surveys showed that the wind environment in moderate climate zone was built with summer ventilation and cooling,winter wind protection and heat preservation,and year-round dehumidification and deodorization(dispelling and guiding the wind,and wind protection)as the goal.Although natural conditions in moderate climate zone had an inherent advantage,the current situation of residential wind environment failed to meet residents' expectations.Furthermore,there were some problems in the planning and design based on the construction of high-quality wind environment,such as inadequate awareness,unclear direction,unclear main points,improper methods and so on.The study of outdoor wind environment showed that building height,spacing,type,layout,orientation and face width had a significant impact on the outdoor wind environment of residential areas in moderate climate zone.Based on the evaluation basis of wind speed,wind speed amplification factor,no wind(vortex)area,internal and external pressure difference of building surface,and upwind and leeward pressure difference,determine the best interval or combination form of outdoor wind environment in mild areas,and put forward feasible architectural planning and design.Wind environment creation strategy.Based on the evaluation of wind speed,wind speed amplification factor,windless(vortex)area,internal and external pressure difference on the building surface,and upwind and leeward pressure difference,this article found the best interval or combination form of outdoor wind environment construction in moderate climate zone,and proposed feasible architectural planning and design and wind environment construction strategies.The study of indoor wind environment showed that air tightness,effective ventilation area,air inlet and outlet angles,and ventilation paths had a significant impact on the indoor wind environment of residential areas in moderate climate zone.Based on the analysis of air infiltration energy consumption,the air tightness determination strategy of different building heights was proposed.On the basis of the most unfavorable air circulation interface,the effective ventilation area determination strategy for different door and window sizes,opening modes,and opening angles was proposed.In the light of the ventilation times,wind speed,wind pressure and air age,the layout strategy of air inlet and outlet,the construction strategy of ventilation path and problems to be avoided in high-quality indoor wind environment were put forward.This study combined quantitative and qualitative methods,put forward the construction strategies of green building wind environment in moderate climate zone,and improved the planning and design level of green building wind environment in moderate climate zone.
