The main purpose of this study: through the experiment of bi-directional control of action frequency and action amplitude of eight common exercises of stable plane,unstable plane and fixed rectus abdominis muscle,the differences between upper and lower abdomen and left and right abdomen are compared and analyzed according to the changes of surface electromyography;Compare the differences between different frequencies and amplitudes of the same action,and analyze the amplitude and frequency of the best stimulation degree of each action to the rectus abdominis;The differences of stimulation degree of rectus abdominis muscle in different movements were compared;It provides a reference basis for the public to choose a more appropriate rectus abdominis exercise method.Methods: the experimental subjects selected in this experiment were 10 male college students who were healthy and had no spine and abdominal injury within one year.The experimental action frequency was controlled as 2 seconds / time and 3 seconds / time.The action frequency was the length of completing a complete action at a uniform speed,and the action amplitude was divided into 45 ° and 90 °,The surface EMG research index selected in the experiment is root mean square amplitude(RMS).The corresponding muscle surface EMG experimental data are measured by me6000-16 surface EMG tester,and the data are processed by spss21.0 statistical analysis software.Results: 1.In all the frequency and amplitude combinations of the eight rectus abdominis training movements,the RMS between the upper and lower abdominal surface EMG of all movements is p > 0.05,and the stimulation degree to the upper and lower abdomen is the same,and the RMS between the left and right abdominal surface EMG of all movements is p > 0.05,and the stimulation degree to the left and right abdomen is the same.2.2.Comparing the different amplitudes of the same action,it was found that Bosu ball sit ups,leg flexion sit ups and straight leg sit ups were significantly affected by the action amplitude,P <0.05,and the surface EMG RMS of 45 ° action was significantly higher than 90 °;Supine leg lifting was significantly affected by action amplitude(P < 0.05).The surface EMG RMS of90 ° action was significantly higher than 45 °;There was no significant difference among the three kinds of fixed foot sit ups affected by action amplitude(P > 0.05).3.Comparing the different frequencies of the same action,it is found that although the surface EMG RMS value of 2 seconds / time is slightly higher than 3 seconds / time,there is no significant difference between the two frequencies(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.In the choice of rectus abdominis exercise,supine two head up and 45 °sit ups have higher stimulation degree to rectus abdominis,and the stimulation degree is the same,which can be used as the first choice;90 ° sit ups and 90 ° supine leg lifts can be selected.Second,fixed foot sit ups and 45 ° supine leg lifts are the final choices.2.In the selection of action amplitude,90 ° supine two head up action has a strong stimulation degree to the rectus abdominis,and the 45 ° action amplitude of all other sit ups is better than 90 ° in terms of muscle stimulation degree and safety.The 90 ° action amplitude of supine leg lifting action has a significantly greater stimulation degree to the rectus abdominis than 45 °.3.In the selection of action frequency,2 seconds / time and 3 seconds / time stimulate rectus abdominis to the same extent.4.In the same sit up,the stimulation of the rectus abdominis by the action of unfixed feet is better than that by the action of fixed feet.
