At present there are plenty of researches on becoming hydrocarbon role and its mechanism in early-stage of coalification course. Plenty of unmatured— low matured crude oil and early methane can be formed because of removal of miscellaneous atoms in this stage. Soluble organic and insoluble one have the feature of mutual transformation, and there is the role of" polarization " and soluble organic's low temperature fasculation in this stage, therefore the formation of unmatured—low matured crude oil is phasic. But less work from the composition structural of coal is started with to know chemical mechanism and the stage of early coalification.It has different types of non-convalent bond in different coalification stage. In low coal rank, hydrogen bond play animportant role because of containing plenty ionogen such as -OH. -COOH > N> O and H2O, which can form hydrogen bond, and there are hydrogen bond cross-linking between coal molecules and molecules internal. Therefore the research of hydrogen bond in coal is signality.Oxygen is the important composition part in coal, and oxygen in c oal c an e xist i n the form o f moisture a nd inorganic oxygenic compound. Thereinto, the oxygen of oxygen-containing functional groups are most influential to the feature of coal. So the research of oxygen-containing functional groups has the important guidance for understanding coal molecule structure.Six kinds of low rank coal( HLH, YM , PSH, YZH ,HDG and DT coal) were researched by FTIR, X -ray and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),analysed their structural feature and the change of the hydrogen bond , oxygen-containing functional groups and alkyl side chains in early-stage of carbonification . According to Ro, max the change was divided into 3 stages: 0.33-0.53%, 0.53-0.7% with 0.7-0.85%.First stage is the depolymerization course of big molecules,plenty of alkyl side chains and ether-oxygen bonds were broken.Second stage is condensation course. This is condensation course with exclusion of oxygen and some miscellaneous atoms, it is the purification course of coal molecules structure.The 3th stage, it has been completed that miscellaneous atoms, organic really mature and start to generate hydrocarbon.
