In the decision-making process,due to the complexity of the environment,experts tend to use language phrases to express preference information,multi-granularity language preferences become inevitable.Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are widely concerned by scholars because they can represent the fuzzy concept of 'either the one or the other'.Based on the characteristics of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and multi-granularity linguistic term sets,this paper proposes the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic term sets and applies it to multi-attribute group decision-making.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The concepts of interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic information set and interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic set are proposed.In this paper,in order to make up the defects of no clear fuzzy object.Combined with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and multi-granularity linguistic information,the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic information is proposed and its basic nature is elaborated.In addition,the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic set is proposed by combining interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set and 2-tuple linguistic set,and the correlation operation is defined.(2)The method of consistency of interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic information is studied.In order to reduce the loss of information in the process of multi-granularity information,it is necessary to process the multi-granularity linguistic information.In this paper,two methods of interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic information are proposed.The first method is to transform the interval-valued intuitive multi-granularity linguistic information into interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic set by using the method of multi-granularity language information into 2-tuple linguistic information.The second method is to use the characteristics of cloud model and combine the relevant algorithms of cloud model,and the interval-valued intuitionistic multi-granularity linguistic information is transformed into the language representation of the cloud model.(3)The method of determining the weight of experts in group decision-making is studied.The method of determining the weight of experts plays an important role in the process of group decision making.Based on the evaluation matrix given by each expert,this paper proposes an objective method of expert weight determination.According to the evaluation matrix,the discrimination degree of the individual evaluation information,the similarity degree between the individual and the group,the proximity of the individual and the other individual are calculated,and the expert weight is judged synthetically according to the three indexes.In addition,since each expert's understanding of the various attributes of the scheme is different,this paper considers the expert weight for each attribute,thus forming the weight matrix of the expert for each attribute.The research results have great improvement and contribution in the fields of multi-attribute group decision-making and the preference information representation.
