Research And Application Of 3D Geographic Real-Fusion For Public Security

With the widespread application of video surveillance in the security field,the traditional video surveillance applications are facing problems such as isolation and dispersion of video images,spatial location of video elements,and unclear camera viewing angles.Based on the 3DGIS,this paper proposes a method of constructing a 3D geographic real-scene fusion scene for public security.The so-called real-scene fusion is to project the real-time surveillance video in the same perspective in the 3D geographic scene according to the geographic location of the real camera,so as to realize the matching and fusion display of the video and the 3D geographic scene.This method uses 3D scene video texture mapping and projection expression,as well as image similarity matching and geometric transformation in digital image processing,and conducts research and analysis on 3D Webside geographic scene construction and public security video application related theoretical methods,and selects the city surveillance video and UAV patrol video were used for the application experiment of 3D geographic real-scene fusion.The experimental results show that the degree of fusion between the video and the 3D geographic scene is high,and the distortion of the video picture is small.The surveillance video that inherits the 3D spatial information can clearly express the spatial relationship between the video elements and the surrounding scene.The specific research work of this article includes:(1)Research on the expression method of 3D geographic real-scene fusion.This paper uses the virtual camera of the 3D geographic scene to simulate the real camera to construct the frustum model,combined with the video texture construction method,expounds the principle of video projection in the 3D geographic scene,and establishes the parameter specification;At the same time,based on the image perception hash algorithm,the video image and the scene image are similarly matched to realize the automatic solution of the video projection parameters of the 3D geographic real-scene fusion;Then based on affine transformation,the video image is registered with the three-dimensional geographic scene to realize the offset correction of the video projection.This method realizes the fusion expression of video and 3D geographic scene,improves the efficiency of parameter solving,and optimizes the fusion effect.(2)Research on the integration method of 3D geographic real-scene fusion data based on Web-side.This paper firstly constructs the 3D model,realizes data lightweight and publishes the service,and realizes the loading of the 3D geographic scene on the Web-side;Then study the real-time video transmission methods based on cameras and drones respectively,and realize the video play on the Web-side;At the same time,the video projection parameters and geometric transformation matrix are used to generate configuration files,and the video and 3D geographic scenes are integrated.This method realizes the integration of video and model data in 3D geographic real-scene fusion.(3)Application research of 3D geographic real-scene fusion for public security.Based on the analysis and research on the application of public security video surveillance,using the three-dimensional geographic real-scene fusion data integration method,this paper designs two real-scene fusion application modes of urban video security and UAV video patrol.Through experimental verification of video projection parameter calculation,video and 3D geographic scene registration,and two application modes,the analysis of experimental results verifies the practicability and effectiveness of 3D geographic real-scene fusion for the spatial application of public security video surveillance.
