With the development of science and technology, 3d spatial data acquisition has more and more automated, and 3d modeling efficiency still stays in manual modeling stage. It still has many difficult to realize automatic modeling. The technologies development of three.dimensional space relation data modeling is are not perfect, second, because the romance of 3d spatial data in existing hardware equipment, processing efficiency is still relatively low, another high.precision lifelike scene model requires a lot of human, material and financial resources and time. On the premise of meet application requirement, how can improve the construction of 3d scene model, become one of the key technology of the fields of geosciences in the period.This study take GanZhou city large scale existing digital maps for main data sources, take DEM,DOM and other subject data for supplement, take 3d scene model as the research target, to open paper discusses. It firstly introduces the source of 3d spatial data and the method of accessing the source data. Secondly, taking terrain, residents, road, vegetation and water system geographical factors into account, and probes into the technology and the method of the rapid construction of 3d geographic scene; In 3d surface model of construction, the broken point was used to construct the TIN data, then the rules grid DEM was built by elevation interpolated; Construction in geophysics model, according to different features elements of the entity structure, coding classification and attribute storage, using different model source data output, realizing the rapid construction of geophysics model. Then according to the national DLG data structure with DWG data standard, and it was analyzed to the storage and management method of the existing large scale spatial data and attribute data digital map, the control method of the program and quality control of automation acquisition mode based on CAD and GIS technology is proposed, and according to the software engineering idea, realized three.dimensional scene model source data processing software, the purpose was reached of the automation output SHP, DXF model source data. Based on the specific urban planning application examples, the rapid construction and application of project scene was making by the above theory and method, achieved good production application effect, and verifies the feasibility of the method is studied in this paper.
