In recent years,China's cultivated land is facing the problems of continuous nonagriculturalization,non-grainization,dominant and complementary, and China's food security is seriously endangered.Accurately grasping the quality of cultivated land is of great significance to the planning and management of land resources. At present, the analysis and evaluation of the quality of cultivated land are mainly carried out from two aspects: constructing an evaluation index system and analyzing and evaluating models. In the existing research, the cultivated land quality evaluation index system is mainly constructed from the aspects of natural topography, soil, ecological environment and landscape pattern, and there is a lack of comprehensive research on the geographical spatial attributes of cultivated land; The research of cultivated land quality evaluation method is mainly carried out from subjective or objective unilateral, and the issue of regional spatial heterogeneity is rarely considered. In response to the existing research problems, based on the 2015-2019 geographic and national conditions data and socio-economic statistics, this article starts from the perspective of the topography, location, and form of the cultivated land from the perspective of geographic spatial characteristics.A combination of subjective and objective AHP-GWR cultivated land geospatial quality evaluation method was constructed, and Qixia City,Shandong Province was taken as an example for empirical analysis. The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The construction of terrain data optimization calculation model. In view of the differences between the DEM data of different resolutions and the different slope and aspect data algorithms, the suitability of the DEM data and the slope and aspect algorithms of different landform types has been studied. The optimized calculation model of DEM data divided into terrain area and algorithm is constructed. And,a fusion and elimination model of broken spots generated in the spatial analysis process is constructed to ensure the integrity of the borders of the spots.(2)The geospatial quality evaluation index system of cultivated land was established. The main grain output value of arable land is introduced as a direct expression of cultivated land quality,From the perspective of geographical and spatial characteristics of cultivated land, through the analysis of the correlation between grain output value and evaluation index, ten indexes such as slope, aspect, elevation, whether adjacent to waters, whether adjacent to roads, whether adjacent to villages, river network density, road network density, cultivated land contiguousness and regularity are selected from three aspects of topography, location and morphology of cultivated land to construct the cultivated land quality evaluation index system.(3)The AHP-GWR spatial quality evaluation model of cultivated land was constructed.Based on the constructed geospatial evaluation index system, the spatial heterogeneity of the study area was considered, and the comprehensive weight value of the evaluation index was determined based on the constructed AHP-GWR analysis method. Then, the comprehensive index of geographical spatial quality of cultivated land at patch scale in Qixia City was calculated by sumproduct method and graded evaluation.By comparing the existing research results,it is verified that the evaluation results in this paper are basically in line with the actual situation of cultivated land in the study area.
