The contradiction between supply and demand of water resource in China is prominent and the spatial and temporal distribution is uneven.The per capita water resource in China is only one fourth of that in the world.In addition to water shortage,water quality pollution in China has become increasingly serious,mainly manifested in the pollution of shallow groundwater resource.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the water consumption of industrial industry is increasing year by year.At the same time,industrial production has discharged a large amount of industrial wastewater,destroying the ecological environment and causing serious waste of water resource.The development of green industry has become an important measure to promote the adjustment of economic structure,which is conducive to the coordinated development of society,economy and ecology.It is of great significance to study the green efficiency of regional industrial water resource.This paper firstly summarizes the connotation,calculation methods,temporal and spatial differences and influencing factors of water resource efficiency at home and abroad,and then summarizes the research contents and research ideas of green efficiency of industrial water resource.The green efficiency index system of industrial water resource is constructed from the four aspects of economy,environment,resource and society.The SBM-Undesirable model is used to calculate the green efficiency of industrial water resource of Anhui Province,and the Kernel density estimation is used for dynamic evolution of the green efficiency.The spatial differentiation of green efficiency of industrial water resource is analyzed through spatial trend surface and spatial autocorrelation,so as to find out the problems leading to unbalanced development.Further,The panel data model is used to carry out the regression under the effects of time,space and space-time,test the influence direction and degree of green efficiency of industrial water resource of Anhui Province,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the overall trend of green efficiency of industrial water resource of Anhui province is positive,with small internal agglomeration,but obvious polarization characteristics.The regional efficiency from high to low is southern Anhui>central Anhui>northern Anhui respectively.Among the 16 cities,Huangshan,Tongling and Wuhu are the top three cities in terms of efficiency from high to low,while Huainan,Fuyang and Suzhou are the top three cities in terms of efficiency from low to high.(2)According to the Jenks,it is found that the number of cities in the second ladder is greatly reduced and the number of cities in the fifth ladder is greatly increased.After 2016,the spatial trend surface has changed significantly,which is reflected in the increase of curve height in the West and North.(3)The Moran index based on on the first-order queen adjacency space weight matrix is very significant.High concentration area has a trend of moving to the southeast,low concentration area has a trend of moving from the northwestern surrounding area to the central area of Anhui Province,and low and high concentration area and high and high and low concentration area are mainly distributed in the surrounding areas of Anhui Province.(4)By examining the influencing factors of green efficiency of industrial water resource,it is found that under different effects,the level of economic development,the degree of opening,government intervention and water resource endowment have the same impact on efficiency,and the other factors have different effects due to different effects.Figure 10 Table 13 Reference 90...
