Pulse wave contains a lot of cardiovascular information.Every inflection point of pulse wave has a clear physiological significance,which represents the change of every mechanical process in the cardiac cycle.When the human body is carrying out load exercise,due to the increase of oxygen consumption of cells,the heart beats faster,the blood flow speed increases,and the physiological parameters of the human body change.These changes will be directly reflected in the pulse wave.Through treadmill exercise experiment,this paper studies the changes of related parameters based on pulse wave in the process of exercise,and proposes a cardiovascular function evaluation method based on pulse wave parameters in combination with cardiovascular parameters.The main work is as follows:1.The design of acquisition system of motion pulse wave parameters.The acquisition module was developed and the acquisition program was designed to monitor the pulse wave and other cardiovascular function parameters of the subjects at rest and during exercise.A feature point recognition method based on pulse wave morphological features is proposed.The main wave of pulse wave is marked according to the difference between the peak and trough of pulse wave,and other characteristic parameters of pulse wave are calculated and extracted according to the definition of characteristic parameters.The proposed algorithm performs well in the presence of noise interference,and the sensitivity and positive predictability of the proposed algorithm are 99.88% and 99.84% respectively for the publicly available validation data sets.2.Correlation analysis of cardiovascular function parameters during exercise.The influence of pulse wave parameters on cardiovascular function was studied by Pearson correlation analysis.Through the results of correlation analysis between groups,11 physiological parameters,such as pulse wave pulse rate,main wave peak,heavy pulse wave peak,main wave rise slope,evaluation parameter K value,body mass index,exercise time,resting blood pressure and blood pressure at target rate,were determined as the characteristic of cardiovascular function state.3.Establishment of a pulse wave based assessment method for cardiovascular function during exercise.The identified evaluation indexes were classified into three main categories:functional and morphological,blood pressure and pulse wave parameters,hierarchical empowerment of each evaluation index was carried out using hierarchical analysis,and cardiovascular function evaluation methods based on pulse wave parameters during exercise were proposed with the help of existing single evaluation criteria with the general characteristics of subject population.In summary,the pulse wave parameter acquisition system designed in this paper in combination with the pulse wave parameter based cardiovascular function assessment method during exercise provides a noninvasive,rapid,and low-cost means for universal cardiovascular health testing,as well as providing reference to exercise protocols for subjects.
