Nowadays,driverless technology has become the latest development direction of the future automobile industry.However,high precision map plays an important role in the realization of driverless technology.The high-precision map market is in the ascendant with fierce competition.Due to the huge amount of data and the high requirement of updating frequency,how to produce high-quality map data efficiently is a common challenge faced by the whole surveying and mapping industry.Lean production is one of the most advanced management methods in the world today.The implementation of lean production can help enterprises greatly reduce waste,reduce cost and increase efficiency,and help enterprises gain competitive advantages in the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper takes Z Company,which produces high-precision map data products,as the object of study.Firstly,it briefly describes the industry background of Z Company--the development trend of driverless cars and high-precision map industry.Then,it briefly introduces the current competitive operation status of high-precision map manufacturers in the market.Secondly,referring to relevant research literature at home and abroad,the paper introduces the lean production related concepts that need to be referred in the follow-up problem analysis and improvement design,integrates the lean production theory into the work in combination with the characteristics of digital product production,and analyzes the problems existing in Z company's production operation management according to the actual situation.Then,the development and operation status of Z Company are introduced.The main problems and pain points that Z Company encounters in production management and operation at the current stage are introduced.The causes of the problems are analyzed in combination with internal and external environmental factors.Thirdly,the production status of the production department of Z company was analyzed,and the theory and method of value stream analysis were used for reference to optimize the production process of data,and standardized operations were used to improve the production efficiency,shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost.In the implementation process,it pays attention to the importance of leadership and full participation,supplemented by 6S lean on-site management for lean improvement and steady progress.Finally,hrough the analysis of the company's site conditions and relevant production indicators after the implementation of lean for a period of time,such as the initial pass rate,quality inspection efficiency and other data indicators,to verify the implementation of lean production management results,and review the problems encountered in the early implementation process,refining the direction and method of continuous improvement and optimization.
