Acoustic logging is one of the fastest growing and most widely used modern logging methods in geophysical logging technology.The technique utilizes the full-wave recording of the velocity and amplitude of the sound waves in different media to obtain the corresponding geological features in order to study and solve the geological problems,and then discover the oil and gas,coal,metal and non-metallic,radioactive,groundwater and other minerals Resources.Acoustic logging technology is an important means of exploration of petroleum resources,and with the progress of science and technology,gradually derived to other related fields,such as large building structures bridges,wells,buildings and other pile detection and coal,metal objects Mining resources exploration and so on.The data of traditional instrument is transmitted by cable,and then measure the location of these points manually,through the analysis of the acoustic signal to obtain the geological structure of these locations.This method is cumbersome to operate,especially in the case where the formation is deep and the measurement points are dense,the measured data not only have a large error,but also takes a lot of time and effort.In order to solve the problem of traditional instruments,this paper has developed a wireless intelligent acoustic logging system based on ARM Cortex-M3 core.The follows are the main contents of this paper.(1)A wireless automatic position measuring device has been developed.The hardware design and software programming of the device are based on the low power STC89C52 microprocessor and the E50-TTL-100 wireless communication module.The acoustic transducer in the process of moving down,real-time measuring displacement pulse produced by the encoder,and through a certain conversion,the pulse signal fact conversion to the actual displacement signal,data communication by wireless serial transmission,realize accurate measurement of downhole location information acquisition point.Module performance test shows that the error control is less than 1%,and it shows good displacement measurement effect.(2)A wireless acoustic wave acquisition module is developed.With high speed STM32 microprocessor and nRF24L01 wireless module as the core,the hardware design and software programming are carried out.Using of two 12 bit A/D converter to the acquisition the acoustic wave produced by transducer.The wireless data transceiver reduced on-site wiring trouble,so as to realize the high precision wireless acoustic logging system of acquisition process.Module performance test shows thatthe highest sampling rate can reach 1MHz.(3)The system supporting software based on LabVIEW virtual instrument is developed.The software consists of two parts,acoustic data acquisition module and acoustic data analysis module.Data acquisition part of the program function is the system according to the wireless automatic location device in real-time to provide the downhole location information,set the corresponding acquisition parameters,automatic acquisition of instruments.Data analysis and processing part of the function is the design of reasonable sound analysis methods,data analysis and acquisition process of the integration process,so as to quickly and accurately the quality of the object to be analyzed.The wireless intelligent sonic logging system studied in this paper solves the shortcomings of traditional instruments,improves the efficiency of logging work and has wide application prospects.
