The Baquan canyon Scenic Spot is located in the middle of Taihang Mountain National Geopark,Huguan County,Shanxi Province which is a national 5Acsenic spot.There are many tourist attractions,such as Zhongtianmen,Beitianmen,Baizhang,Gaoxia Pinghu,Yougu Tingquan and so on.Most of them are developed in the valley,which is a typical High Mountain Valley area,Construction of Cableways,sightseeing elevators,cruise terminal,air bus and other tourist facilities,forming a sightseeing,scientific research,vacation one of the golden tourist resortThe strong human engineering activities,joint development and high density of geological disasters in Baquanxia scenic area result in poor engineering geological conditions,and are easy to collapse geological disasters,which threaten the lives and property of tourists.The investigation and analysis of geological hazards in scenic spots can help people better understand the occurrence mechanism of geological hazards and enhance the awareness of prevention and control of geological hazards.Through the study of geological hazards,formulate effective prevention and control of geological hazards,so as to reduce the loss of life and property.Based on the project of "investigation and evaluation of geological environment of typical tourism resources in Shanxi Province",the Baquan canyon Scenic Spot,the core scenic spot of Taihang Mountains Grand Canyon in Huguan County,was elected as the study area,taking "risk assessment of geological hazards in Baquan canyon Scenic Spot of Taihang Mountains,Huguan County" as the topic,Through collecting and arranging the data,combining the field investigation,and on the basis of the large-scale detailed investigation and data statistics of the geological disasters in Baquanxia,the Distribution Law and development characteristics of the geological disasters in Baquanxia are summarized,using Arcgis platform to study the risk and vulnerability of geological hazards,the risk zoning map of Baquanxia scenic area is calculated,and the suggestions to prevent geological hazards and the measures to reduce geological hazards are put forward.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The Baquan canyon Scenic Spot has 121 geological disasters.It divided into three categories: collapse,landslide and debris flow,accounting for 88.3%,11.6% and 1%respectively.Among them,107 geological hazards were classified as toppling,sliding and falling,accounting for 52.4%,15.8% and 31.8% respectively;Otherwise,13 geological hazards were classified as natural landslide and human engineering landslide,accounting for23.1% and 76.9% respectively;Is A valley-type debris flow.(2)Rockfall Analyst is used to simulate three typical geological disasters: the collapse of Qiaoshangxiang police station,the collapse of Sky City and the collapse of cruise ship dock.The characteristics of rockfall velocity,flight altitude and energy movement are analyzed.(3)Through the field investigation and analysis,the paper selects Baquanxia geological disasters risk evaluation and bid evaluation system.Seven natural and man-made factors with great influence were selected,and GIS was used to obtain the geological hazard zoning map of Baquanxia.(4)According to the social environment of the Baquanxia scenic area,the evaluation index system of the vulnerability of the geological hazards in Baquanxia is selected,and six vulnerability factors are selected in three aspects: Population Vulnerability,material vulnerability and economic vulnerability,by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each vulnerability factor and GIS,the vulnerability zoning map of Baquanxia geological disaster is obtained.It is divided into high,medium,low and extremely low vulnerable areas,accounting for 5%,9%,28%,58% of the area.(5)Through the study of risk and vulnerability,risk analysis using Arcgis,the high,medium,low and very low risk areas(7%,20%,27%,46%)were obtained.(6)To put forward prevention and control suggestions according to the results of risk zoning,the control measures of geological hazards include grouting protection,anchor rod,anchor cable reinforcement,active protective net and manual clearance,and anti-slide retaining wall is adopted in landslide control.The measures of debris flow control include the adoption of sand-retaining dam on the channel,the construction of silt-stopping field at the exit of debris flow In the important protection section of debris flow,measures such as heightening and strengthening the river course and reducing the width of the river course are taken to make the debris flow pass safely and quickly.Through the Geological Hazard Risk Assessment of Baquan canyon scenic spot in Huguan,the risk assessment of Taihang Mountains region can provide important reference for disaster prevention and reduction in Baquan canyon scenic spot.It is of great significance to the sustainable development of Baquan canyon scenic spot.
