Geological disaster risk assessment is an important method in the field of the geological hazard control in our country now.Its development plays a guiding role in our planning of urban and rural construction.At the same time,it also provides basis and suggestion for the development of disaster prevention and control.This paper selected PuJi town and its surrounding area in WangCang county of sichuan province as the research area,and the different risk evaluation methods of geological hazard risk is used to evaluate the risk of the study area.,and made a comparative analysis of different assessment processes and results to find out the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.Finally,based on the existing evaluation methods,the paper proposed a method for the risk assessment of geological hazards in the mountainous area of southwest mountainous area.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The basic types,scale and distribution law of the disaster sites in the study area were identified through the investigation of the research area.At the same time,this paper took the typical disaster point as an example,analyzed the developmental characteristics and deformation failure mode of the disaster point,and summarized the conditions of the disaster in the study area.(2)Based on the field by slope investigation method,slope of the advance in the study area delineated by slope survey and evaluation of the risk,and geological hazard risk assessment is carried out in the research area by engineering geological analogy method.(3)This article selected slope,slope type structure type,slope,elevation,stratum lithology,the distance from the drainage,the distance from the road,the distance away from residential areas,etc as evaluation factors,based on GIS technology,and used weighted information method to carry out geological hazard risk assessment in the research area.(4)On the basis of comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two evaluation methods,the existing evaluation methods are innovated and improved according to the problems encountered in the evaluation process: Using the area of the disaster point rather than the number as the solution factor of the information value;The information value is calculated by using the density normalization of disaster area.(5)A method for verifying the accuracy of evaluation results is presented.
