Tropical cyclone is one of the most destructive natural disasters in the world,the southeast coastal area of China exprences frequent typhoon disasters,the typhoon landfalling has caused great loss to the safety of local people's life and property.Among them,the destruction of typhoon is mainly reflected in the destruction of the building structure.Typhoons are difficult to predict because they are sudden events,and greatly affected by environmental factors.Due to particularity of typhoon,it is difficult to simulate accurately in the laboratory,so the field measurement is become the most effective method to study typhoon.In this paper,the Lili nuclear power transmission tower of 550kV located in xiapu ningde Fujian province is used as the observation base station.the wind data during typhoon 'Soulik'were collected from five anemometers arranged at 15 m,27 m,53 m,67 m and 82 m height.The characteristics of near-ground wind of typhoon 'Soulik'are studied in detail,and some conclusions with reference value are drawn,in order to provide theoretical basis for wind resistance design of building structures in southeast coastal areas of China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research progress of near-ground wind characteristics at home and abroad,points out the shortcomings in the research of near-ground wind characteristics in China,and summarizes the importance of this study.(2)This paper introduces the basic situation of typhoon 'Soulik',including its formation,development and operation path.The geographical location,surrounding environment,data acquisition system and instrument parameters of the production area are introduced in detail.(3)This paper briefly introduces the theory of near-ground wind characteristics,including wind speed profile,turbulence intensity,gust factor,peak factor,turbulence integral scale,coherence,correlation,self power spectrum and cross power spectrum of fluctuating wind speed.(4)Based on the measured data of Typhoon 'Soulik',the characteristics of nearground wind are analyzed based on 10 min as the basic time interval,The variation law of wind velocity profile near ground of Typhoon 'Soulik' is obtained,and the theoretical model which is most consistent with the measured wind profile is found.The turbulence characteristic parameters such as turbulence intensity,gust factor,peak factor and turbulence integral scale are calculated.The variation rule of turbulence characteristic parameters with 10 min average wind speed and short-time distance is obtained.The variation of turbulence light and gust factor with height is fitted,and the corresponding fitting formula is obtained.Finally,the self power spectrum of the wind component of the typhoon is analyzed,and compared with Karman spectrum,and a cross power spectrum model based on the longitudinal and vertical fluctuating wind speed components of typhoon 'Soulik' is proposed.
