The development of desertification in the Ebinur Lake River Basin is changing dynamically with the influence of global climate change, human activities and other factors,in this situation, more and more people begin to improve their concept and awareness of protecting the natural environment and people's well-being of the Ebinur Lake River Basin has gradually increased, and the challenges facing the Ebinur Lake River Basin have been actively addressed. In the past period, many researches have been exploring the relationship between the change of climatic factors and the evolution of desertification, the possible impact of the development of desertification in the future and its ecological evaluation and prediction, etc.,it has become a hot and difficult problem in the process of desertification development. In this paper, the impact of climate change from 2000 to 2019 on the desertification process in the Ebinur Lake River Basin is evaluated objectively, comprehensively and systematically Using remote sensing technology to evaluate the relationship between the temporal and spatial evolution of desertification in the Ebinur Lake Basin from 2000 to 2019 and climate elements;based on the development trend and changes of desertification evolution, predict the future desertification status of the Ebinur Lake Basin in the future, for the future Lake Ebinur Basin Provide theoretical support and reference for desertification control and ecological restoration. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2019,the desertification area is 42508.73 km2 in 2000,and the desertification area is 39363.12 km2 in 2019,and only decrease 3045.61 km2 in recent 20 years, the desertification area overall situation has improved, the non-desertification area increases gradually. There are some differences in the area change of different degree of desertification in different regions of the Ebinur Lake River Basin, among which the Hot Springs County is the smallest area of different degree of desertification, and it is mainly distributed as mild desertification and non-desertification.From the changing trend of desertification,we can see that even though the desertification of the Ebinur Lake River Basin is increasing or decreasing, but the changes were mainly concentrated in the eastern and southwestern parts of Jinghe County, the southwestern part of Toli County, the eastern part of Dzungarian Gate, and the northeastern part of Jinghe County The heavy desertification and the moderate desertification are mainly distributed in the central region.(2)From 2000 to 2019,the annual average temperature, precipitation and wind speed in the Ebinur Lake River Basin increased slowly with 0.2°c·(10a)-1,3.3mm·(10a)-1 and 0.16 m/s·(10a)-1,respectively in the four seasons, the increase of air temperature in spring is the most obvious, the decrease of air temperature in autumn is the most obvious, and the fluctuation of air temperature in winter is larger than that in the other three seasons, the maximum annual mean temperature change occurred in Jinghe County, the minimum in Alashankou, and the spring precipitation in the Ebinur Lake River Basin increased at a higher rate than that in other summer,Autumn and winter seasons, the fluctuation range of summer precipitation is obvious, the maximum is in Toli County and the minimum is in Hot Springs County, the change trend of four seasons wind speed is gentle, and the wind speed in spring and summer is higher than that in autumn and winter The annual mean wind speed in the Ebinur Lake River Basin shows no obvious change law.The southern part is slightly higher than the northern part. The maximum value of the annual mean wind speed is in Jinghe County, the minimum value is in Wusu. The standard deviation of annual mean temperature, annual precipitation and annual mean wind speed in Ebinur Lake River Basin are 0.31,0.37 and 0.80 respectively.(3)By comparing the correlation between NDVI and annual precipitation, annual average temperature and annual average wind speed in Ebinur Lake River Basin,it can be found that the correlation between annual precipitation, temperature, wind speed and NDIV was different in 2000—2019,the correlation between NDVI and annual precipitation and annual average wind speed in the Ebinur Lake River Basin is obvious, and the correlation between NDVI and precipitation is the most obvious, and the correlation between NDVI and annual average temperature is the lowest, which indicates that the influence of precipitation on the dsertification is greater, temperature has the least effect on the desertification. In the coming period of time, the Hurst values of different degree of desertification in Ebinur Lake River basin are all 0.5<H<1,and the change trend of different degree of desertification area shows a strong and persistent trend in the past, and the change trend of non-desertification area is the most consistent with the past change trend and has the strongest persistence.
