Through numerical test of the models, the conclusion can be drawed that the popular numerical model can simulate the distribution of temperature and relative humidity reasonably, this papers study the vapor temporal and spacial distribution in the year 2006 and 2007,and the temporal vapor distribution in Ebinur Lake basin from 1996 to 2007 is analyzed,so was the temporal distribution in 50 years scale, finally we study the climate response to vegetation change. The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) through the simulation test of different options we can get that the numerical models can simulate temperature, relative humidity, soil temperature and soil humidity reasonably because the numerical model have reasonable physical equations and advanced model architecture, therefore,it is the proper model for vapor spacial and temporal distribution study in arid and semi-arid area.(2) In the year 2006 and 2007,the distribution of pricipatable water in Ebinur Lake Basin is coincide with the surface condition,so the surface condition is an important factor that can affect the distribution of pricipatable water, distribution of pricipatable water and terrain are of negative correlation with a high degree,in January and July pricipatable water distribution may appear on a rise with the terrain reduced in accordance, pricipatable water and wind speed is positively related, the vapor budget is composed by the positive and negative boundary vapor transfer, and the southerly and easterly vapor transfer character is obviously, the vapor budget in Ebinur Lake Basin is mostly caused by easterly vapor transfer, and southerly vapor transfer is near zero, the vapor budget in Ebinur Lake basin in 2006 and 2007 is negative, which means the basin lost water in the year 2006 and 2007.(3) Vapor budget in Ebinur Lake basin is positive in 1996,1997,1999-2002,and negative in 1998,2003,2006,2007,it means that the whole basin get water in the former years and lost water in the later years. The fluctuant scale of vapor transfer in Ebinur Lake Basin in 10 years scale is getting smaller. In the year 1996 to 2007,the whole basin budget is positive and gets 1.09×1014kg/a water,so the basin gets 2.2857×109kg/km2 water on average and the environment of the basin is improve during the last 10 years.(4) The temporal distribution of yearly vapor transfer and the runoff of Boertala River and Jinghe fit tightly in the last 50 years.Atmospheric vapor and ground water resources are integral parts. In the year 1950 to 2007,the whole basin budget is negative and loses 1.775×1014kg/a water,so the basin loses 3.723×109kg/km2 water on average.(5) In the farm sensitive test,we can conclude that when the grassland change into farmland, the temperatures in Ebinur Lake basin will rise, the rainfall will increase, but the rainfall marginal zone of the oasis will be reduced, therefore,if the grassland change into farmland, oasis environment in the oasis will improve temporarily, but in the long run,the effects of this warming effect will continue and cause desertification in the basin.Through the desert expand sensitivity tests,we can conclude that if the desert expands, spring temperature will drop, and will rise in fall, rainfall will be significantly reduced, the soil will dry,so if desert expansion℃curred in Ebinur Lake basin, the environment in Ebinur Lake basin will be significantly deteriorated, and can not be resumed.
