The Ebinur Lake Basin is located in the northwest of Jinghe County, east of Northwest Kuitun, bole,Wusu city,Zhungeer basin, southwest depression and lowest water salt collection center,is the largest salt lake in Xinjiang. It is located in the fragile eco-environment belt in the arid area of Northwest China. The valley is surrounded by three sides, the central part is the valley plain, the East is the Zhungeer basin plain, and the west is connected with the main draught of the Alashan gale. The total area of the basin is 50650km2 The natural environment of strong differentiation, ecosystem stability is poor, weak anti-interference ability, low resource capacity,is the representative of inland lake basin ecological landscape in arid area of Northwest China,Xinjiang is also the most important grain production base, animal husbandry is an important node of the Eurasian Continental bridge. In the process of social development, the ecological environment changes strongly disturbed by human activities, especially in the past half century, the rapid growth of population, agriculture and animal husbandry production mode, the unreasonable utilization of water resources, the ecolosustainable development of social economy. This paper analyzes the Ebinur Lake Basin 1980-2015 years landscape structure and change characteristics by image data, studied the relationship between the changes of landscape structure and social environment and the natural environment, reveals the human activities and impact of natural evolution of landscape structure change of the Ebinur Lake basin.Based on the study of the relationship between the landscape structure and change characteristics of Ebinur Lake Basin and its relationship with environmental factors, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the topography and water resources distribution of Ebinur Lake Basin are strongly different, and the landscape structure characteristics of different regions are different.(2)over focus of different landscape types were offset with the time trend in the 1980-1995 grass covered the barycenter offset distance,in times, again for the exposed some debris, exposed some debris to the Ebinur Lake overall focus direction forward, towards the direction of dry farmland,_sandy and saline_close to each other;1995-2015 water gravity constant, sand continues to the southwest of Kuitun River River Delta forward,Gobi_center to the southeast direction to move back,to the northeast direction but desert and1980 than heading north, town land center to move on to the northwest of.(3)the complexity of landscape structure with frequent human activities is higher than that of human activities.Thlandscape complexity is mainly manifested in urban land, which makes the fragmentation of plain landscape increase year by year.(4)The result of landscape index analysis: the landscape diversity index of the study area is increased, the degree of dominance decreases, the evenness increases, and the landscape tends to diversity and uniformity. The degree of landscape fragmentation is strengthened, and the interference of human to landscape is strengthened. The landscape structure on the whole in the flocculating East-West banded structure, the watershed landscape presents certain circle transitional structure, overall, landscape structure is a single, scattered and multi landscape patches adjacent to large patches mosaic, fragmentation degree is low,the landscape changes in the larger section as a transition zone between two different landscape types. The desert as a matrix to occupy the dominant position in the regional landscape. The connectivity of landscape is declining year by year in the natural landscape, but it is increasing year by year in cities and towns with strong human activities.
