Research On Happiness Index Based On Multi-source Data

Well-being refers to how individuals experience their quality of life and life satisfaction;Essentially,it's how people think and feel about their lives.Many variables can affect happiness.Urban residents' sense of happiness plays a crucial role in the process of building a harmonious society.With the improvement of sensor technology,multi-source data ubiquitous in the Internet has been fully mined,which plays an important role in promoting the research on urban residents' happiness.At present,most of the relevant studies are based on traditional questionnaires or government statistical yearbook data.Few studies have analyzed the happiness of urban residents by using multi-source data in the Internet.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the analysis of previous studies,the method of constructing urban residents' happiness index(micro-blog-based emotion index,urban life convenience index and urban remote sensing ecological index)is proposed by using micro-blog data,POI point data,remote sensing image data,OSM road network data and questionnaire data.(2)Multiple linear regression,random forest regression and geographic detector models were used to analyze the correlation and influence between urban residents' happiness and influencing factors.(3)Take Nanchang City as an example to carry out the case study,and the conclusions are as follows:The results based on multiple regression analysis,random forest analysis and geographical detector model analysis are basically consistent.There is a positive correlation between urban residents' happiness and micro-blog sentiment index,urban life convenience index and urban remote sensing ecological index,which has a promoting effect.Among them,the emotion index of micro-blog has the largest influence,followed by the ecological index of remote sensing,and the convenience of urban life has the least influence.
