The southern part of Junggar Basin is the most developed region of agricultural development and economic construction in Xinjiang. All walks of life in this region are in the period of great development and development.Sympetalea(Except Compositae)weeds are spreading constantly in this region, and their complexity, diversity, extensiveness, harmness and threat are becoming increasingly serious, and the invasion scope is also expanding day by day. Many native plants in the region have been"forced"to become weeds by the gradual expansion of human activity areas, while alien weeds have been constantly invaded or naturalized. All these problems make weed control increasingly complicated. The reasons are as follows:on the one hand,it is relatively difficult to control the"vast territory and sparsely populated"area in Xinjiang; On the other hand,it is due to the lack of basic research on weeds, insufficient attention, lagging prevention and control work, inadequate implementation, and insensitivity to alien invasive weeds. Our team in 2018-2020 by the system,a comprehensive field investigation, combined with the specimens of calendar year, aimed at Sympetalea(Except Compositae)weeds, sorting out it species and specific geographical distribution, analyze it occurrence and development of the floristic composition and characteristics and laws,Supplement and enrich the region Sympetalea(Except Compositae)weeds in research of new materials, provide new content for weed science basic research of xinjiang, weeds identification and control, plant entry-exit inspection and quarantine, environmental protection and regional ecological security and so on,provide good service and technical support.Research indicates:1.There are 16 families 54 genera and 106 species of Sympetalea(Except Compositae)weeds in the rural area of southern Junggar Basin.2.The composition of families and genera:In terms of the number structure of families at the level of genus, there were 14 families and 25 genera(87.50%of the total families and 46.30%of the total genera)of weeds in this region, which accounted for the highest proportion.Although there were only 2 families(12.50%)with more than 10 genera, the number of genera was the largest, with a total of 29 genera(53.70%),which constituted the main part of the genera-level quantitative structure in the region. In terms of the number structure of families at the species level, there were 12 families of the family which including only one species and including 2?9 species of weeds in this region, contained 36 species(75%of the total families and 33.96%of the total species). The family which including 10?19 species have3 families(18.75%),37species(36.79%),it is dominant at the species level in this region. The family which including more than 30 species has only one families(6.25%),31species(29.24%).There are main component of this area, including Boraginaceae(31),Labiatae(18),Convolvulaceae(11),Solanaceae(10).Therefore,these four families are the dominant families of Sympetalea(except Compositae)in this region. In terms of the number structure of genus at the species level,Genus which including 10?15 species accounted for 1.85%and 12.26%of the total number of genera and species in the region.Genus which including 6?9 species contain 15 species in 2 genera(3.71%,14.16%).Genus which including 2?5 species contain 45 species in 18 genera(33.33%,42.45%),It contains the highest proportion of species.Genus which including only one species contain 33 genera and 33 species(61.11%,31.13%).There were 73.58%of weed species contained in oligospecies and monospecies. Therefore, this indicates a high degree of genera differentiation in this region. It can also be considered that the genus composition is dominated by single genera, while the species composition is dominated by weedy species contained in small genera.3.Life-form characteristics:There are 4 types, annual or biennial herbs have 46 species(43.41%of the total species).Perennial herbs have 45 species(42.45%);Parasitic plants have 10 species(9.43%).Semi-shrubs have 5 species(4.71%).4.Ecological characteristics:There are 3 types, mainly mesophyte weeds,74 species(69.81%of the total species),followed by moist weeds,24 species(22.64%),and only 8 species of xerophytes(7.55%).5.Geographical characteristics of the floristic elements:There are 10 distribution types and 7 variation types in the geographical composition of this region, which is relatively complex.Except the 8 genera of the world distribution, there are 26 genera of the north temperate zone and the old world temperate zone and their varieties, accounting for 48.15%of the non-world distribution.6 genera(13.04%)are found in the distribution and variants of Mediterranean West Asia,Central Asia and Central Asia, respectively.Pantropical distribution have 4 genera(8.70%).There is one genus(2.17%)in China-Japan,circum Caribbean, temperate Asia and East Asia-North America. The largest number of genera(27 genera,50.00%)were found in the distribution and variation of the temperate zone in this region, which indicated that the temperate elements of this region were obvious and closely related to the Central Asian elements(24.07%).The distribution and variation of tropical and subtropical areas penetrated to some extent(11.11%).6.According to the wide distribution of the weeds in the region,106 species of the species were divided into common weeds, rare weeds and occasional weeds,38 species(35.85%),42 species(39.62%)and 26species(24.53%),respectively.According to the source of weeds, there were 56 species(52.83%),47 species(44.34%)of local traditional weeds,,1 species(0.94%)and 2 species(1.89%)of foreign weeds.7.Through field investigation and investigation, referring to professional books[67],it was found that three species of quarantinable weeds(2.83%)were found in this tract:Cuscuta australis,Solanum rofolium,Datura stramonium.10 species of malignant weeds(9.44%):Calystegia sepium?Convolvulus arvensis?Cuscuta chinensis?Cuscuta europaea?Cuscuta australis?Datura stramonium?Datura innoxia?Veronica persica?Orobanche aegyptiaca?Orobanche cumana;6 species of severely harmful weeds(5.66%);36 species of harmful weeds(33.96%);42 species of weeds were lightly damaged(39.62%);There were 12 species of harmless weeds(11.32%).
