Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Contribution Of Online Health Community Doctors

Supported by policies such as the "Healthy China Strategy" and "Internet +Medical Health",China's online health communities have developed rapidly.As a health information exchange and sharing platform under the Internet environment,online health communities have become an important channel for people to obtain health information.Online In the healthy community,doctors are the main force for knowledge contribution.However,the current online health community has problems such as insufficient willingness of doctors to contribute knowledge and poor quality of knowledge contribution.To address the above problems,construct a doctor ' s knowledge contribution evaluation index system.It is of great significance for the online health community to solve the above problems and promote the construction and development of the community.However,there are few researches on the evaluation of the contribution of doctors in the online health community.Therefore,this article uses the "doctor-patient" type of online health community to be a good doctor.Take online as an example to explore and study the evaluation index system of doctors' knowledge contribution in online health communities.First of all,this article sorts out relevant research and theoretical introduction of related literature,introduces related theories such as online health community,knowledge contribution degree,and knowledge contribution degree of online health community.It also introduces knowledge evaluation theory and SERVQUAL initial evaluation index system.This theory is explained.Secondly,this article uses literature analysis combined with user interviews to determine 3 first-level evaluation indicators for doctors' knowledge contribution in online health communities,including doctor's subject attributes,information quality,and patient recognition;9 second-level evaluation indicators,including doctor's authority,scale,Response process,diagnosis and treatment scope,information presentation,information content,information utility,patient support and patient satisfaction;27 three-level evaluation indicators,including hospital level,doctor's title,number of published articles,etc.Third,this article selects experts in related fields of online health communities to revise the primary indicator system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to the evaluation indicators.Finally,this paper conducts an empirical study on the evaluation index system of doctors' knowledge contribution in online health communities to verify the practicality of the index system.Therefore,this article randomly selects ten doctors from Beijing area of the "Good Doctor" platform as the research objects to conduct an empirical analysis of doctors' contribution to knowledge.Through the relevant investigation and analysis of the contribution of sample doctors,this article finds that the dimensions that patients pay more attention to are the doctor's authority,the scale of “contribution”,information utility,patient support and satisfaction.The relevant indicators account for the score in the evaluation index system.The value is also higher.Therefore,this article puts forward relevant suggestions that can promote doctors' knowledge contribution to the problems discovered in the research process.
