With the rapid development of economy and the increasingly prominent energy problems,the wind,photovoltaic and other new energy of our country are developing rapidly.The total installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic is the first in the world.But due to the characteristics of wind and photovoltaic energy(randomness,intermittent and uncertainty),large scale wind and photovoltaic energy integration brings severe challenges to power grid,including power grid stability,power quality and dispatching mechanism.In order to accept more wind and photovoltaic new energy,power grid enterprises must invest more auxiliary equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid,which greatly increases the cost.Therefore,this paper takes into account the wind,photovoltaic capacity and total cost of consumption,establishes a cooperative game model,and obtains the optimal scheduling strategy of wind and photovoltaic plants.Firstly,the wind power plant and photovoltaic power plant are modeled,and their output characteristics and the impact on the grid after grid connection are introduced.Then,the cost-benefit analysis of wind power plants,photovoltaic power plants and power grid is carried out respectively.Based on the cost-benefit analysis and cooperative game theory,a mathematical model with the goal of maximizing power consumption and alliance cost-benefit is constructed,considering the profit constraint,system active power balance constraint,unit output constraint and line power flow constraint.Finally,the model is put on the improved IEEE30 node for example analysis,and the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.After obtaining the Pareto optimal solution set,the fuzzy optimal decision theory is used to select the compromise solution.By comparing the total revenue of the alliance and the power grid's wind and photovoltaic consumption under the non-cooperation mode,the two-party cooperation mode and the three-party cooperation mode,as well as the redistribution of the revenue after the three-party cooperation game,the simulation results verify the rationality of the model,and provide a better scheduling strategy for the grid to accept wind and solar energy.
